An inspiring little anthology that shows just how playful and varied poetry can be. The different voices bring some genuinely inventive approaches to form - from medieval-style worldbuilding with glossaries and diagrams, to poems structured as recipes, to stage-directed storytelling that feels almost theatrical. It’s the kind of collection you can dip in and out of, but still come away with new ideas about what poetry can do beyond traditional forms. Definitely left me wanting to experiment more with structure in my own writing.

it was nice! i didn't get a lot of the local references but the poems were good
