This is a play based on a memoir by a second-generation Holocaust survivor, in which she discovered that her mother bravely saved personal letters through various concentration camp. I actually found this script because one of my best friends had a lead role in a production of the play. Like most scripts, I’m sure it would be much better to see the play versus simply reading it. But, this was a great adaption of a Holocaust story. I also found another trope and commonality of Holocaust stories that will be helpful for my thesis!
