I picked this up from a random stack of books I'd somehow inherited along the way, only because I knew I'd have about a 2 hour wait at the hairdresser. The book showed promise, about a man who had stopped believing in Christmas after losing several loved ones around that time of year. However, the writing stunk. The book literally feels like a 12 yr old wrote it. Subplots would be created and solved within paragraphs. Important characters went undeveloped. I never really knew where the book was heading or what the main challenge, crisis, or climax would be. It was annoying, actually, how badly this was written.
