Short and concrete description of application of content analysis techniques in the research. Somewhat outdated (from 1990 - software designed for word frequency, for example, has developed a lot ever since). Well-discussed chapters on achieving greater validity and reliability in the research.

Very basic with studies. Applications must be determined by the reader.
