This was somewhere between right up my alley and something different than what I normally read and I’m glad I did! I loved the way the FMC grew into herself and it was beautiful. I also loved Parker until somewhere in middle and the end I found myself getting disappointed and irritated with his character. And once Iris started to have some realizations about their relationship I grew a little frustrated with her and especially her reactions so far to what Parker revealed.

Now I’m hooked and need to find out what happens next!.

Found by Ellie Katz was an intriguing story that I enjoyed tremendously! Iris is an engaging character who explored her sexuality with enthusiasm and honesty. Meeting Parker changed her life: acceptance of her needs and desires with no jealousy or disdain, just the intensity of a mutually beneficial and positive relationship. The emotional connection between them was visceral and the physical connection was blistering!!

The secrets, the love, and the joy that Iris and Parker experienced made reading their story seem realistic in the emotional sense. She has a definite sense of self and what she wants for life even though it’s not mainstream. Fitting in to norms isn’t her goal, but finding Parker puts her on a track to true happiness. I loved the risqué interactions, the atmosphere of debauchery, and the dedication to safety, dignity, and respect.

I enjoyed the premise of the story and its overall arc, but I found it to be just too long. It could have been trimmed by a quarter and still delivered the same story and reading enjoyment.

I really liked the concept for the “Our Family” lifestyle group, Iris’s entry into it, and how she grows as a result. The spicy parts were hot, even though some of the specific activities were a bit outside my tastes.

Overall, a pretty solid first in series book. I would like to see where Katz takes her cast in a second book.

I’m only halfway through this book as I didn’t realize it was 600 pages and oh my God. I’m not the type of person to get certain ways with the book but I had to stop here and there and pick up a different book to try to make my brain And body to stop feeling how it feeling. This is one very descriptive book and I am so glad I got it and there’s more books to come. You’ve got to read this today. It’s well written and it flows freely with the way she makes the words flow on every page really takes you to the there.

I'm pretty confused about how the main character, Ellie, feels about Parker. I don't mind a cliffhanger, but this book seems to be all over the place with her emotions which made the book confusing. Thus the 3 stars and not 4. We will see where the next book leads and I will come back and update this review than.

WOW! What a wonderful book. Found grabbed my attention from the start and held it all the way through to the end. It is a longer book but I was so into it, I didn't really pay attention while reading. The characters are well developed. This book was a page turner for me. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

This book was a long read but well written with whopping amount of descriptive decadence. It doesn't disappoint as Iris has a huge adventurous sexual appetite. It takes you on sexual adventure as you go along with Iris and Parker's sexcapades.

I received this signed copy from a good reads giveaway. Erotica aside - what an amazing book!!! The last few chapters gave me anxiety trying to figure out -“ who is it?” 😂 can’t wait for Bound!!
