I'm really happy with this book. Although the pictures are dated, the concept of sewing clothing hasn't changed. The book gives helps for different body types and for different parts of the body (upper arms, thighs, etc.).

Helpful in learning how to adjust patterns to fit your own body and style from shirts and jackets to pants and skirts.

Another excellent book in the series. The photography and explaination is so clear and easy to understand. I've used a number of the techniques in this book with perfect results.
