There is 0 depth to the story. No character growth, no plot, no romance. It’s just a bunch of s€x that doesn’t even make sense.
Chapter 1 she gets drunk off wine at home and sends Mr Money Bags aka new landlord a text of naughty things. Chapter 2-4 they s€xt all the day long and he shows up at her place and that’s how she loses her V card. Its fade to black for round 2, 3, 4, etc. Chapter 5 she shows up at his work in the middle of the day and lives out her fantasy of the text msgs she sent him. Shes supposed to be a kindergarten teacher so why isn’t she working? She says she came to Chicago and got a teaching job but has no college education.
The nanny was with him since Lilly was 2 but then later she’s been with him since he got married. Well, which is it? Because it can’t be both. The entire book is full of contradiction that I stopped highlighting them. Then later the Bratva comes in. Shes Russian but an educated multi-millionaire couldn’t figure that out? At this point I’m just laughing at how incredibly messy this book was.
I don’t understand where this book was going. It’s labeled as an age gap romance novel but where’s the romance? Totally fine it’s got great spice but there’s no story line. It’s just her lying and being deceitful the entire time. I lost major interest after chapter 6 and skimmed so much.
A middle aged man who is a former special operator gets involved with a pregnant woman who is the daughter of the head of the Russian mob. She has been used as a pawn repeatedly in power struggles over control of the Russian mafia and ran away to escape the ugliness.
This story has some good points, but it was lackluster and dragged on far too long. It was an okay romance, but was more complicated than the author could handle. Three stars.
sexting the silver fox started off as a run of the mill older single Dilf story. Audrey’s apartment heat is out and Landlord silver fox billionaire Jason appears to save the day with body heat in the sheets. That is until her Bratva family shows up for a visit from out of town and starts a mob war. I missed the mention of Bratva in the summary so when people start getting shot up and kidnapped. I said to myself, damn, what happened to the lovey times? 💕💕💕👻 Story was pretty tense from there, characters were interesting and story twists were amusing. But I would have liked more love, less violence before the HEA.
Part of the Silver Fox Daddies each can be read as a standalone with a silver fox and a much younger women who captures his undivided attention unintentionally. Audrey is sweet with a little spice living a double life so to speak under an assumed name working as an elementary school teacher just to live the life she wants away from what her family wanted for her, it may have remained that way had she not went to meet the new owner of her building with complaints concerning The Emerald and that lead to so much more because the new owner brought out something she didn’t even know was inside of her the moment she left his office he as all she could think about. Jason sexy as all get out much older single father retired military dangerous, ruthless when comes to those he loves, was cheated on by his ex. wife so he has given up on happy ever after or so he thought until on one of the owners of his units walked into his office turning his world upside down so to speak and when she walked out she was all he could think about. She accidentally send him a text message while drunk and that starts a chain reaction neither of them planned on or could walk away from especially with her keeping secrets from him thinking she was protecting him and his daughter but when the threat is her own family will he step in to save her, will she finally be honest with him, will her brothers help protect her, will her father walk away as he has promised or will he continue to come to try control her life, will they find the peace they want, and can they find the happiness they seek with a small amount of peace for their small family?
Eh. That’s really all I can say about this book. It fell flat in so many ways.
I was hopeful. It started cute. He was the landlord. She needed heat. They get into an exchange and later that night she drunk texts him all the things she wants him to do to her. Funny, right? Well….shes a virgin.
Wait, what? And for someone who hasn’t had sex, she’s quick to let him act out her texts. It was weird and rushed and didn’t make sense.
Then there is the whole Russian mob part of the story. Oh - and pregnancy…because apparently virgins don’t realize unprotected sex leads to babies. 🤦🏼♀️
This is an older man, younger woman romance story.
The MMC receives a sexy text from a younger woman, he is determined to make her his, but she has some history with a Mafia family who think they own her.
I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend reading it.

When Audrey Fedorov left her family home in NYC, she fled for her own independence, sanity, and ultimately, her own bodily autonomy as she rejected her family’s expectations of an arranged marriage for business purposes. So, while the sweet beauty, was a gifted and loving elementary teacher, a loving daughter and sister, she was first her own person with hopes, dreams and aspirations. A beauty with long blonde hair and blue eyes, she loved her family, but she had come to understand that she could no longer be a part of her family’s world—a world of violence and death—a world that had broken her own mother’s heart.
And so, with the skills of survival that she had learned as a child by observing her father and brothers, she has carefully planned and executed her escape from her family’s world—a world of death and control—and a world that she could no longer accept.
Now, hidden in plain sight in Chicago, Audrey Smith has used the wealth acquired from her family, to purchase an apartment in one of the city’s tall buildings. And, with her newly constructed identity and credentials and her clearly demonstrable teaching skills, she has secured a new job teaching 5-year-olds in a private school. She has cleverly orchestrated a new life far from family’s New York operations.
But, she can’t relax. She knows that her dad and her 2 brothers may not know exactly where she is, or the name by which she is currently called, but the connections and power of her family are extensive. So, she is always watching and always ready to relocate. She will never again accept being someone who is no more than chattel for her family’s needs and pleasure.
But despite her relative contentment—a new life, a new city, a new apartment, and a new name—her life is still plagued with irritation. Her apartment building has gone through a transfer of ownership. And, the new owner—landlord, Jason Winchester—doesn’t seem any more responsive to the discomfort and dissatisfaction of his tenants than the previous owner.
So, after several attempts to address her concerns to the building’s staff about the lack of heat in the buildings, the irregularity of the elevator and the unpredictability of the water pressure and water’s temperature, she acquires the name of the new owner and the location of his office. If the building staff do not have the authority to remediate the unbearable living conditions in the expensive building, surely the new owner can provide the approval needed to provide more bearable living conditions to the residents.
So, when she visits the new owner’s office, she is shocked by the handsome older owner, but not impressed by his suggestions of firing the condo staff—also not impressed by the apparent solution of having her relocate to another one of his buildings and not happy that she will be late to her teaching job. She tells him that she has made every contact—email, phone calls—with everyone involved with the building, but with no positive results—the building’s employees claim that the problem is a supply issue, but when she talks to the supplier, they claim that the delays are on the building’s side.
But the solution the CEO, Jason offers isn’t agreeable—he offers to have her relocated to the penthouse of another building he owns. He explains that her building has recently been acquired by his company, but he hasn’t had time to connect with the current residents whom he plans to speak to with each one individually. But his “solution” is not enough for Audrey.
But before either tenant Audrey or building owner, Jason, can agree to a satisfactory plan for Audrey and the building’s tenants, a new problem arises. Audrey, who has not shared with Jason her awareness of unknown men whom she has spotted following her around the neighborhood and around her building. And when the CTV of the building’s security system catches a band of men wandering the halls, both Audrey and Jason are concerned for the safety of the building’s tenants.
And so, an unlikely arrangement is made. Jason needs a nanny immediately while his current nanny takes care of a family issue. Audrey needs a safe place to stay and with her skills as a preschool teacher, she would be a great replacement nanny. And, as a replacement nanny for Jason’s daughter, Jason could also assure that the woman he has become committed to keeping safe would have the added protection living in his building would provide.

I am so in love with this series and I absolutely think this is my favorite one. Audrey has been hiding out for two years, perfectly content with teaching her kindergarten class and living alone. Thinking she had escaped her life in New York to begin a new one in Chicago. It takes a while to find out what she is running from but this book is so worth the read.. Jason is very wealthy, ex military sniper. He has his hands full with his living nanny and his little girl Lily. Audrey and Jason are perfect for each other, but there are so many secrets being kept that you wonder if it’s gonna fall apart, but Jason is so in love with her that he gives her the time she needs. Wow this book is steamy. First half of the book you get bits and pieces of what’s going on, but it is so steamy and their relationship seems so perfect. Until it doesn’t. Everything falls apart when the secret is out. Audrey is in serious trouble, and there is no better person to rescue her than Jason. Audrey is part of a Bratva family. She has two older brothers that she loves dearly, but they will not stand up to her overbearing dangerous father. this book was so amazing, the details keep you so hooked on this book and it just keeps getting better. So many unexpected turns, so much love, tragedy, pain, and a couple that will fight everything for love. Awesome book
As the star rating indicates, this book was just okay. There were parts that I thought were okay, but most of the time, I skipped around to get to the point of things and ascertain whether it was necessary information or I could go forward. Most of the time it wasn't vital. I feel like this book would have gone better overall if the author had decided on one major trope to stick with and maybe had some minor ones. This book is all over the place with it's tropes. When I was like 42% into the book, there were the following tropes: billionaire romance, age gap (double her age), single dad, Bratva mafia, and an accidental pregnancy. Oh, and miscommunication and a virgin FMC as minor tropes (barf). At that point, I wasn't sure what else the author could add, and even if more tropes were added, I'm not sure I would be able to keep up. It's almost exhausting keeping track of all of those. And even though the sex scenes were pretty decent, the author romanticized things so much I almost didn't enjoy reading them. Trying to make too much out of just fucking. Sometimes, sex is just sex, and not some mystical magic connection to another person.
Audrey decides to keep major shit from Jason, like could potentially threaten his life AND his daughters life shit, because she feels like keeping it from him is going to keep him safe? But in all honesty it probably just made him more of a target being with her? And Audrey definitely KNEW this and didn't want to "give him up" so she decided to delay telling the truth. But really only did when he brother essentially ratted her out. You're a freaking adult Audrey, you need to fucking act like it. There's no real future in any relationship if you aren't willing to communicate and be open and honest with your partner. And it's such an obvious solution to tell the person you're supposedly with the fucking truth that the miscommunication is so damn frustrating. And on top off all the tropes going on in this damn book ... not sure this one was needed too. Combine all that with the fact that when Jason does find out the truth, he initially decides that he can't be with Audrey to keep his daughter safe and Audrey has the audacity to be upset? You thought that he would continue risking his daughters life and choose you? You dumb twat. Get over yourself. And further more ... he made his position very clear about not being able to continue the relationship because of the dangers it presents and at the first sign of said danger, you go running directly to him, hoping that he'll be your white knight? I don't give a shit that her brother didn't answer her call on the first try ... could have waited or come up with something else. Going to Jason was fucking selfish. I was legit mad at Jason for just forgiving her and accepting her back into his life and APOLOGIZES TO HER!!!
I'm not sure why Audrey thought that moving to a major city to escape her family in another major city was at all an intelligent choice. Since she's from a mafia family, she's not dumb enough to believe that there wouldn't be mafia presence in another major city or that her past wouldn't catch up with her. Honest to God ... it was the stupidest thing she could have done. If she really wanted to escape the mafia lifestyle, she should have chosen a smaller, isolated city out in the middle of nowhere. Maybe like Montana or Colorado or some shit like that. What a fucking idiot.
Are we really to believe that Jason took on two separate factions of the Bratva and was the successful one? Yes he had some help with general knowledge from a contact of his, but he took them on alone and came out on top. That just doesn't seem probable to me. The Bratva is a huge organization and are heavily trained. Yet one middle aged dude with a sniper military background and decent connections bests them? That seems like a plot line with a fuck ton of holes in it to me.
I guess if you sum all that up, I was more not a fan of the book than actually liking it. Not a bad way to make it through a work shift, but I won't be reading any other books from this author/series.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
This probably would have been better as a novella. Filled with a lot of fluff to fill it out. The meat of it was pretty good. Accidental drunk text leads to some fun sexy times between Audrey and Jason and then accidental pregnancy could lead to more but turns out that Audrey isn't quite who Jason thinks she is and now the Bratva has come to claim her. So, if he wants to keep her, he must fight her family and their enemies.
A cute story of a drunk night texting the one you dream about only to realize the next morning you actually messaged him. He’s a single dad and a billionaire. She’s a teacher half his age When these two are together it is so spicy.

Anton puts two of his guys on the door of the hotel while he tries to broker a deal with Arkady to leave her alone. However, Arkady wasn't looking to deal and supposedly came after her at the hotel killing the bodyguards that Anton had assigned on her. Too many mistakes, too drawn out at the end, & a really annoying mfc.
The book starts off okay as Audrey lives in an apartment building owned by Jason. The apartments have had no heating, or hot water for ages so Audrey goes to see Jason (Who has recently bought the building.) to tell him off. They both fall madly in lust when they see each other. When Audrey is at home later on drinking she accidentally sends a text message to Jason detailing all the the things she wants to do with him. 😂😂🙄 It’s beyond ridiculous but anyway Jason decides to take what’s on offer and they have ENDLESS S*X everywhere and all the time. Somehow they fall in love (in between the endless sex.) and she meets Jason’s daughter Lily.
Audrey has a huge secret. She’s the daughter of Russian Bratva and she had to run away from her dad and two brothers before she had to marry an old man. When it becomes obvious that they have found her, and they try to kidnap her, she should have told Jason about it. But noooooo she DAREN’T TELL HIM, as he might not want anything to do with her. ERM….. Audrey is planning to leave Jason behind, she’s already started to distance herself from him and Lily, but she won’t tell him as he won’t want to see her. THAT DOESN’T EVEN MAKE SENSE!!!
Then she finds out she’s pregnant but won’t tell him that either!!! AAAAAARRRRRGGGHHH!!! 😡😡😡 She’s so annoying. Of course she is kidnapped and Jason decides she’s worth rescuing anc that he’s madly in love with her, and they all live happily ever after.
Then there’s the mistakes: 🔵 They have sex and she’s naked, and her family takes her to their hotel. What, naked? 🔵 When she first escapes she runs out without anything on her. Later on she’s texting her brothers. How? Where did her phone reappear from? 🔵 She manages to get in a taxi,to escape. How does she pay for it, with nothing on her? 🔵 There’s a fake shooting that her dad set up, yet she sees blood on their chests. 🔵 Jason has all these contacts everywhere, but it never says how he knows them. 🔵 Jason has old army buddies guarding them, but her family get past them. What happened to his friends? It never mentions them again.
I could go on but you get the idea. It’s bad! There are parts that I enjoyed but not a lot.

Jason is the new owner of the apartment block and gets confronted by Audrey who is a resident wanting things fixed and she is a fiesty and gorgeous female so he offers his place for her to stay but she refuses so he gives her his card with his number if she changes her mind. Underneath that sweet personality lies a level of fear and unease.
Always keeping watch of what goes on around her, always looking over her shoulder...
But once she's behind the locked door of her home, she can relax. A kindergarten teacher shouldn't have to be so wary, but she is.
She finds herself demanding to meet with the new landlord over non functioning utilities, and when she finally stands in front of him, she's blindsided by the masculine power sitting behind that desk. Not really believing his insistence that it will be taken care of, she does accept his card as she leaves.
Disgruntled and bundled in three layers to combat the winter chill, she enjoys a glass of wine or two... Sifting through her inebriated thoughts, she pulls her phone to make note of all her wicked fantasies involving Jason Winchester... Accidentally dropping her phone, with the help of that bottle of wine, she unknowingly sends that open text message. Setting phone down on the nightstand, the wine gets to her, and she's out..
She wakes to a hangover, and the appalling fact that the text went out. And his response...
This story keeps you on edge, not only because of the madness caused by the text, but what she feared rears its ugly head... I found myself unable to put this book down, thoroughly enjoying the mystery and danger.
I was so excited to read this story but if I didn’t have a firm rule about finishing books that I start, I would’ve stopped about a third through.
Jason’s character is amazing…strong, confident, hot, protective but Audrey’s character falls flat for me. Beyond the hot sex scenes, she spends the entire book lying, running, being kidnapped, or waiting to be saved.
He definitely deserved better in my opinion. She just seemed 2D, simply along for the ride. You could’ve replaced her importance with keys or a lost wallet and the story would’ve been the same.
Jason Winchester the insanely rich, handsome single father is now the new owner of the property where Audrey is the owner of one of the condos. But, she drops her phone picks it up lays it on the night stand, next morning after all her morning rituals she picks up her phone and discovers she accidentally sent the text, so it begins…next we know things just don’t seem to be adding up, not really making sense to Jason, he starts feeling like Audrey is hiding something from him, or not telling him something, scary, dangerous things start happening. Audrey has many many secrets she has to keep from Jason in order to keep him, his young daughter and housekeeper safe. She makes up things, doesn’t tell everything, now begins to lie which she has never done, all for their safety but they can’t know who she really is. What about reaching that HEA could that even be a possibility? This is a must read. You won’t be disappointed. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The cover of the book is what really caught my attention, and that's about all that has my attention because the content of the book is really lacking.
I mean this has the potential to be a great book it just needs a story, because at the moment it's just a bunch of ideas crammed together with nothing connecting them and everything else is just covered in cum. The only thing that makes some sort of sense is the sex, and the whole book is filled with it.
The very first sex scene feels like SA because I mean, she's inexperienced right, she's never been with a guy before and there's like no indication that she's ever used a sex toy but he (in all his big dick glory) can just plunge into her no problem and it only stings a bit... How? Please explain for 5 marks. Then they apparently go at it for multiple rounds, and it's still just her first time. The idea of protection didn't even occur to any of them... shocker, and he doesn't even pull out, come on now. I mean, she doesn't know if he is clean.
Then there's the issue of age, I know this is an age gap 'novel' but he doesn't even think twice about screwing someone half his age but he wants to get nervous about replying to her message in case she rejects him. And this all happens in the first 2 chapters.
But I digress.
Books are art, and not all art pieces are meant to be understood by everyone, no all artists cater for everyone, and like I said, this... whatever this currently is, has the potential to be a great book, there just needs to be some 'novel' and 'story' added to it, and both MC's needs to be reevaluated.

Their Chance to Find Love and Happiness - Audrey’s plan was to get the owner of her building site out all the problems plaguing the residents, but fate led her to Jason, who entered her well choreographed life and showed her what it meant to be loved. Jason had given up on love and relationships after his divorce and was happy concentrating on work and his daughter, but he felt an inexplicable pull towards Audrey, that nothing could stop him from exploring.
Even though their relationship was hot and heavy from inception and only heightened as they spent time together, Jason felt like Audrey was keeping a secret from him, which she always denied. Unfortunately, Jason’s instincts were right, as they found themselves in the middle of some dangerous situations, that could have ended their lives. Luckily, Jason was able to not only resolve the matter, but he also got them back on track towards the happily ever after they both deserved.
OMG! This story is not for the faint hearted, because it took me through a myriad of emotions, where I felt like I had just come off one heck of a rollercoaster ride. The story had everything you would expect from an amazing book, but with the bratva twist in the story, that elevated it to an another level. I was captivated from the first page and finished this book in a few hours, so I am happy to recommend this book as your next weekend read.

I love how Audrey and Jason's relationship starts...an unsolicited explicit text that changes the course of their lives. I wanted that part of their relationship to last a bit longer than it did. It was entertaining and sexy, however their story needed to address Audrey's secret and how it affected their relationship.
Audrey presents herself in a non-confrontational way, but behind her quiet self-contained persona lies a woman who no longer will be pushed around. he wanted Jason and she owned it. This strong, confident woman continues to draw on these newly exerted qualities when dealing with the Bratva. She is impressive in how she handles herself in some very difficult and deadly situations.
Jason is a single dad who's powerful and wealthy and won't back down from getting something or someone that he wants. And, he wants Audrey. Jasonis put to the test when he comes up against the Bratva himself and he must figure out a way to stay alive, get Audrey and keep the Bratva away.
The drama is intense and full of suspense. Some of the situations that Audrey and Jason find themselves in are down right scary. You will be turning the pages quickly in order to find out who lives and dies in this mafia story and if there is a happy ending for their love.

Sexting the Silverfox is an enticing Contemporary romance that was full of surprises and which took this reader into a direction she didn’t see coming, making the story a very exciting read. When MFC Audrey Smith goes to see the new owner MMC Jason Winchester of her apartment complex over the lack of heat and hot water their verbal exchange becomes a tad heated after Audrey has to wait over an hour beyond her scheduled appointment, but that doesn’t stop her from appreciating the new owners good looks. James promises to look into the issues plaguing the residents, and that may have been the end of it if not for a certain spicy text. No one is more surprised than divorced single dad Jason when he receives a spicy text later that evening from his fiery visitor from earlier. Even after discovering it was accidental it doesn’t prevent the attraction they both felt towards each other from heating up further. But Audrey is keeping secrets about herself from Jason and when they unexpectedly intrude on their growing relationship life becomes VERY complicated. I enjoyed this engaging story with its nice writing, intrigue, family dynamics, suspense, drama, passion, and danger. A very hard won HEA will follow.

I really enjoyed Jason and Audrey’s story from the beginning to the end.
In her wildest dreams, Audrey didn’t think that she would find the love of her life. Storming into Jason office to complain about the conditions of the apartment complex he had recently purchased, the attraction was instant. Later that night after drinking several glasses of wine, she pulled up his number and decided to put her feelings into the message but not to send but when she dropped her phone she inadvertently sent the text. Jason was having feelings about Audrey and couldn’t get her out of mind when he got the text. He sent her a two word response. Audrey heart was teaching her kindergarten children and she was in hiding from her Bratva family. Her dad was old school who believed in arranged marriages causing her to leave home and go into hiding. But when she gets threatened she had to contact her brothers to see what was happening. Jason knew she was keeping secrets and she just wanted to leave her past and family behind. Jason had to end up helping to get her back after she was kidnapped by the Chicago Bratva. Jason and Audrey story was beautiful and she gained the love of her man, a daughter and son along with the nanny as her friend. She finally got her independence from her dad hold on her life. I recommend reading this book. So good!
Audrey is tired of the run around the building managers are giving her, so she goes to the new owner of the building to make her complaints in person. Jason is stunned when she comes in and can't believe all the stuff she is telling him about the building. He tells her that he will look into and get things fixed as soon as he can. however, that night Audrey has a little too much to drink and sends a very explicit text to Jason. The next morning when she sees his response she doesn't know what to do. yet this is how things begin with them texting things back and forth until Jason can't take it anymore and comes to her. Things are heating up between them and then her past coming crashing back to haunt her. Audrey ran away from her family because of their expectations of her and what they work in. Now she can hide her head in the sand because she has put others in danger because of her secret. Will jason give her a chance when he finds everything out? Can they find a way to be together?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.
