Floyd McClung Jr. is the senior pastor of a large, growing church in Kansas City, Missouri, and the international director of All Nations Family. He has lectured on more than 100 university campuses and traveled in more than 175 countries.

McClung packs a lot of practical wisdom in this short work. Using personal experience and Scriptures, he weaves together key relational principles to demonstrate how we in the church should live in harmony.

I particularly enjoyed the chapters, "Rules for Relationships" and "Where decisions are Made". These two units capture the nature of the book. Probing the personal responsibilities of each member in the community, the author sets out guidelines for godly confrontation, sound decision-making and a proper view of spiritual authority.

Each chapter has two sets of discussion questions. The first is for personal reflection and the second for group discussions. In our age of increasing dysfunction in personal relationships, this work offers some sound advice on how to become an influence for good in the faith group where we live.

A very important book about unity in the church and how to keep or seek peace in relationships. To believe the best of each other, to release people from my expectations and let them be themselves, being selective of what one says.. a wise person does not divulge everything she knows, honesty without wisdom can be sin, to disagree without being disagreeable.

ATTITUDE is a big focus in the book and the key to change relationships.

I really finished this book with a bigger heart towards unity and the hunger for this reality in my life, in my family and in my world.

If you struggle in relationships with people, this book can be a great tool for change.
