What would happen if Dobby's dying act of apparition and the accidental cracking of a time-turner sent a tortured lonely witch back in time? Can Hermione change the future and stop a war? Save the ones she loves and the new friends she makes? Maybe she can have a better life than the one she's been forced to live for the past seven years, and decide if the risk is worth the reward.

Probably closer to a 3.5/3.75 star than a 4, but you take what you can with Goodreads!

I LOVE time travel Hermione fic's after a Debt of Time changed my life. I love the Marauders time period and all the various characters, and this fic really went all out with fleshing out the story and bringing in tonnes of wonderful personalities and POV's. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE Wolfstar - Sirius and Remus together are perfect, and bringing Hermione in to make a triad made me very very VERY happy. Add in found family and BAMF powerful Hermione and I was sold.

Nice writeover, good ideas to save everyone and I was enjoying very much the plot. That said, the romance was really not for me, I’m too attached to wolfstar to change the rules now hahah. I knew from the start that that would be hard but I underestimated the anger I would feel with the romance chapters.

Really not for the wolfstar girlies but very nice story tho. Wish there was a version of this where Hermione gets with someone else, I think it would be a blast.

DO NOT READ if you are committed to Wolfstar

That being said, since I don't have any set preferences for Harry Potter ships, I enjoyed this one. The plot is fresh, the characters perfection and Hermione is at her most powerful.

The moments with Molly and her kids, the families together are so wholesome and happy that they fill you with warmth. The scenes around horcruxes and Voldy are described too well. Be prepared to cry.(tears of joy as well!)

DNF - Chapter 11 (25%)

Nope. No. Was not here for the Remus, Sirius, Hermione thing. Absolutey not. Gave me the ick.

Why are we adding in mates 😭.

I like the creativity of this story but I just couldn't do it. I kept hoping I'd feel better about it but no.

This does not mean it's a bad book, but it was not for me and I didn't like it 😭💀.

Okay loved the story line and loved the character building. Didn’t love Hermione with her love interests as I simply couldn’t get over that she knew them in the og timeline. I think if she was in this timeline only, I would love the romances. It was cute

Amazing plot idea, but kinda ruined it for me with the wolfstar+Hermione. could have explored more about Dumbledore and maybe even regulus. well written nevertheless
