Toolbox is an intriguing exploration of governance, seamlessly amalgamating it with the themes of human sustainability and coexistence. The book, much like the previous books in the series, draws a profound analogy from everyday life, crafting a comprehensive three sixty degree perspective on governance in the modern world and incorporating Vedic knowledge to create robust leadership qualities.

Through its thought-provoking narrative, the book examines how governance is not just a system of rules and integral part of fostering harmony and balance in society, but maybe something rooted in the psyche of human mind. It delves into the intersection of policy, ethics, and human values, encouraging readers to reflect on the role of governance in shaping a sustainable future. The author’s ability to weave complex ideas into relatable, real world scenarios makes this book both enlightening and engaging, ensuring it resonates with a wide range of readers.

Coming to the writing, the narrative is fairly easy but can get confusing for some readers, especially beginners who have recently ventured into this books that deals with unique and sometimes difficult topics. The language in this book lies in moderate difficulty. I would recommend this book to those who like to read different perspectives on human-society interactions.

-Subsuming ethics into the governance-
Review of 'Toolbox- Recreating governance (inner) architecture by Pradeep Nevatia and Rahul Nevatia

Governance, the authors write, has been present on the earth for as long as humans have. In ancient times, ethics was synonymous with governance. Sustenance was it's very nature. But along the course of time, we lost its point.

The authors cute Rigveda, as it holds dharma as foundation of all affairs in the world. Dharma was the solution to problems originating from natural human instincts. The principles of good governance are this known to man since Vedic times.

It's unfortunate that the inquest of our leaders to find out the 'what' and the 'how' of dharma-founded governance still remains unanswered. In this book, the authors have provided eight tools to the governance, each one aligned to basic human principles as consituted in Vedic traditions of India. These tools elaborate and expand upon the quest of leadership as guided by the dharma.

A third book in the Ethics-Governance-Sustainability series, this concludes the author's journey of this particular topic. They have written effortlessly on the man's quest to ethics and sustainability and it is only with dedicated research that such projects are accomplished.

Tool Box: recreating governance (inner) architecture.

Governance is the key to building anything be it for self development or on a larger scale such as nation building. It is in fact an intertwined concept of ethics, responsibilities and resource management. This is in fact not just some contemporary notion but a legacy of Vedic times vested in history.

In the toolbox, the nuances mentioned are something you can sense off a higher realm. This is an intellectual approach to mind and body. Some of the key takeaways from tool Box is, it clearly draws distinction between thoughts which are invoked by heart, mind, logic, love, sadness. It truly guides you on how not to get manipulated by such mundane things rather act in a hurry. But the ultimate goal has to be the better future in the long run.

The ultimate lesson this book provides is to stop acting according to the fear and ultimately one must overcome it and move forward in order to achieve the higher senses of being a human.
