Welcome to the vibrant world of Lucy Post—a quirky and vivacious marketing whiz at Sunny News, where headlines aren't the only things causing a stir. Lucy's love life is a rollercoaster, and her best friend Karma, with her infectious energy and never-ending supply of donuts, is along for the ride.

When Karma stumbles upon her match in the charming bakery chef Patrick, Lucy finds herself on the sidelines… But not for long. Love awaits her, too, in a slightly more tumultuous relationship with her boyfriend, Jim Rhodes. It’s a good thing Lucy’s got designer Eryn Carlo’s creations to console her when things get rough!

As Lucy juggles her passion for fashion, a challenging relationship, and her unwavering loyalty to Karma, unexpected feelings blossom when Karma's stepbrother Mateo enters the scene. Suddenly, Lucy finds herself torn between Mateo’s easy-going charm and the feelings she’s developing for Jim.

Caught between fashion dreams, emotional whirlwinds, and the ever-chaotic world of love, Lucy must navigate the twists and turns of her heart. Will she choose the comforting familiarity of a flawed relationship, or will she take a chance on something new and unexpected?

Join Lucy and Karma on their quest for love, laughter, and the perfect designer outfit in this heartfelt, fashion-forward tale filled with unexpected choices, enduring friendships, and the undeniable allure of following your heart.

Hey all! I’m Connie – author of chick-lit novels, lifelong dog momma, and unapologetic fan of happy endings and laughs that make you snort.

When I’m not dreaming up laugh-out-loud meet-cutes or adding my crazy humor to my stories, I’m hanging out with my two furballs, Groot and Rocket (and yes, they live up to their names!), leaning heavily into my introvert side, or getting tangled up in my latest knitting project.

As an ice cream aficionado and thriller addict, I’m always ready to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine. I got into writing because I believe in swoon-worthy love—the kind that makes you sigh—even if I’m still recovering from my own plot twists. And what better way to guarantee a constant supply of HEAs than by writing them myself? Give me a follow so we can connect. Because who says a little sweetness and sass can’t go hand-in-hand?

A self proclaimed "standalone chick lit novel", Me & Eryn Carlo is like a cool glass of lemonade on a hot day.

I read a lot of romantic comedy and yet this one had me laughing more often than usual.

Just a good time, this is a quick read about two friends trying to find their way in life, career and love.

No matter your "preferred genre", this is one I would recommend to anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy a positive, albeit emotionally engrossing little story.

Thank you to Goodreads giveaway and to the author for the chance to read this Kindle edition.

Thank you to #Goodreads Giveaways for providing a kindle edition of this book.

I enjoyed reading Me & Eryn Carlo. Rossner created appealing characters with interesting careers and an impressive (frightening?) alcohol and coffee tolerance. lol
It’s also possible that I have forgotten what it’s like to be 20-something.
The descriptions of the Eryn Carlo fashions was so appealing that I found myself wanting to buy some of the bags and accessories.
Overall, a very entertaining book. I hope we haven’t seen the last of Lucy and Karma.

Cute story and fun characters. Not my favorite writing style, but it compliments the personalities and lifestyles of the characters.

I recently had the pleasure of diving into *Me & Eryn Carlo*, a delightful standalone chick lit novel by Connie Chyle Rossner, and I can confidently say it’s a five-star read.

From the very beginning, Rossner’s skillful character development drew me in. Lucy and Karma are portrayed with such depth and authenticity that I felt like I knew them intimately. Their personalities and struggles were so vividly brought to life that I found myself deeply invested in their journeys. I was constantly oscillating between cheering them on with a “good for you” and urging them to stand their ground with a “don’t take that crap!” The emotional engagement I experienced was a testament to Rossner's exceptional storytelling.

The novel’s allure extended beyond its pages; I found myself craving donuts, googling fancy drinks and looking for Eryn Carlo’s fashion designs on eBay as I became more immersed in their world.

As the story unfolded, I became increasingly attached to these characters, and by the end of the novel, I was genuinely sad to say goodbye to my two new friends. The connection I felt with Lucy and Karma was profound, and their triumphs and trials left a lasting impression on me.

*Me & Eryn Carlo* is a testament to Rossner’s ability to craft relatable, compelling characters and to weave a narrative that resonates with readers of all tastes. Whether you usually gravitate toward non-fiction, sci-fi, fantasy, or any other genre, this novel has something special to offer. It’s an engaging read that transcends genre boundaries.

And while the story wraps up beautifully, I’m left hoping for a sequel. I’d love to see more of Lucy and Karma and continue their journey. Here’s to hoping we haven’t seen the last of these fantastic characters!

This was a cute quirky romance story of Lucy and her friend Karma's romantic adventures. Being work buddies they bond and decide to do a blog on fashion designer Eryn Carlo after Karma found a bag on his on discount at the mall. Their love life blossoms as a man enters into their lives. The story was entertaining; the characters are personal in this chic-lit story that was a pleasure to read. I'm volunteer to read and review this copy I'd received.

“Are we silly? Yes, probably. But we’re girls.”

I received this book as a Goodreads giveaway and it was a really fun read! There were parts that I was definitely laughing out loud, and parts that were very touching and emotional. I really resonated with the small group of girlfriends supporting each other as they grow and find their passions and achieve goals.
