Recommends it for: Those with valid weight issues of which true healthful eating & exercise methods have not worked.
Paul Rivas stated occupation is 'bariatrician'- a doctor specifically treating (obese) people that can not lose weight through tried & true traditional mmethods of healthier eating and exercise. His basis is that there are 4 different profiles. There is a lot of information in this book. I ploughed through it in a few days.
