Very well written and educational. In fact, I got so much out of it that I am actually going to buy it, and as a librarian, I very rarely purchase books since I can get them for free at the library. This one is worth referring to frequently, so I need to own it.

I found this book very infomative. I was especially impressed with the up-to-date information on all the current cholesteral research down to the very obscure tests. It give practical attainable advice on how to take steps to lower your cholesteral. The only reason I gave it a 4 was it was a bit short on receipe ideas. Other than that, I would love to own a copy.
