I wish I could give you some great insight into the play

Our production concept might be said to be this: How would a group of children limited to a padded cell create an entire world for ALICE IN WONDERLAND. To play the way children play where the imagination and things lying around the house are used to create a concrete world…

This isn't really a play meant to be read, but revisiting it after having seen it performed in college reminded me just how brilliantly this version taps into the truly trippy and psychedelic heart of Carroll's original.
