Boston Kings #6

Tame Me, Daddy

Rate this book
She's going to call me daddy. I'm going to call her mine.

When I threw Riley Murphy over my shoulder and carried her off after killing the bastard who dared to touch her, I swore to myself that I was only bringing her home with me to keep her safe.

She's an eighteen-year-old orphan who deserves a man who'll tell her she's his good girl.

Not a ruthless Bratva boss who'll make her scream for him before he's even inside her.

But the moment I pulled her cute little panties down for a much-needed spanking and found her soaking wet, I knew I'd be taking her innocence in the same bed I tucked her into last night.

And that she'll be calling me daddy.

Publisher's  Tame Me, Daddy is a stand-alone novel which is the sixth book of the Boston Kings series. It includes spankings and rough, intense sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.

this only got 3 stars because of the sex - I didn't even finish reading it. Very abbreviated recap for this Daddy kink fic.

Riley (18, virgin, stupid and annoying) hitches a ride to America with a Russian - he ends up dead and the man who rescues her is Maxim Morozov (40-ish, Russian Bratva, dead wife, has daughter). Maxi pooh wants to take care of Riley - she tries to run away - he spanks her naked ass - good girl/yes, Daddy - virginity claiming - we're in love - yada yada - HEA.

Riley is every annoying thing you hate in a FMC. She's all hissing and spitting and shouting everything. Ok - so Max has saved her and says that he wants to protect her because of the dangerous situation she's found herself in. She's all "no, I can take care of myself!!" Ok girl - you're 18, have no money, in a new country, the only person you sort of knew is now dead. How the fuck are you going to take care of yourself??? This little characteristic for FMCs is used all the freaking time and I'll never understand it. It's annoying and just STUPID.

There was a TON of sex and it was pretty good. There was a lot of focus on the clit action and I highly approved of that.

The FMC pissed me off so much in the beginning that it ruined the story for me. Like I said - the sex earned it a 3.

Absolutely freaking NOO!! I could read about spanking and punishment in a book but not like this! I hated it!🤬😵😵‍💫🫣😤

I absolutely hated this! I could read about spanking and punishment in books and like it BUT THIS!? I almost felt like abuse even when she liked it at the end!! “Spanking” someone with a belt, and hit hard!!!!?? HE USED ALL HIS STRENGTH WHEN HE DID IT!!!?? 😭😤😫I didn’t want to finish this book but I stilled tortured my way through it🤬😫

I do get the spanking and that in books AND reality but not like this! Definitely not for me!
And I hated how the book dragged out some of those scenes!

Part of the Boston Kings series each reads as standalone with an overprotective sexy and the one who captures his undivided attention so hang on you might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way! Maxim sexy as all get out bratva boss one of the most powerful men in Boston, he isn’t a man you want on your radar nor do you want to be on his radar, he runs his business with an iron but fair fist, and when he see another Russian mistreating a young women in his bar of course he steps in asking him to leave but of course some don’t listen forcing his has showing every one he is dangerous, ruthless on a good day, and very much deadly every day without hesitation. Riley is young, strong after her parents were murdered leaving her living in foster care for some time it taught her how to be tough, how to take care of herself to the best of her ability, but it also taught how to be stubborn and most days she felt unloved living in the system her determination to live Ireland headed to America but making a deal with the devil himself never really registered freedom is what she thought about. So, now back to the bar when her past has followed her and taken care of by the bars owner add to that the magnetic pull instant between them things he hasn’t felt since his wife passed he is feeling them now with this special young lady and he intends to help her in any/every way but first he has to get her to listen, obey the rules set but we know our girl don’t listen she does what she wants but can daddy make her confirm, will she see that he loves her, will he help her feel like she has a home with him, and where are they headed maybe a little peace and happiness?

First, I didn’t like Riley as a character. There was no development to her. She was manipulative in the start, and pretty much an 18 year old teenager. I hated that Maxim has her playing a game of Daddy without her really knowing the rules. I am not a fan of books with spanking for punishment for things the character has no understanding of. For instance, he says she is not a prisoner but then locks her door and windows. When she tries to escape her is mad because she is in danger, but he never fully explained this danger to her yet expects her to understand. But that was the least of my issues. I’ve read spanking books before, some I’ve liked and others have had me cringing. This one just made me angry. Like this was so borderline abuse I feel like it crossed way too many lines. Saying he just kept on hitting her over and over again with his hand or the belt or the wooden spoon. Like hard, and way too extreme. I feel the only reason she supposedly liked it and got pleasure was because the author tells us that’s what happens, but it didn’t strike me as realistic in a romance book. Don’t get me started on the ass play as punishment.

DNF at 92%. I’m getting sick and tired of the main male character dishing out sexual pain and punishment and saying it’s because I love you.

Sara Fields returns to her Boston Kings series with Maxim Morozov's story. Those who previously read Watch Me, Daddy will know that he is Irona Morozov's father. I had been anticipating his story for some time now because I initially thought that he was going to end up with Anastasia Kozlov from Share Me, Daddy. However, he has his own heroine to love and obsess over instead. While I did enjoy the explosive sexual chemistry between Maxim and Riley, I had a difficult time believing in their fast romance. It felt more like Maxim wanted someone to protect and come home to instead because he was lonely following the death of his wife and daughter's marriage. I liked that he was a patient and firm protector for Riley because of her defiant and reckless nature. I couldn't help but feel annoyed by some her antics because she defied and lied to Maxim about her identity. The fact that she had multiple chances to tell the truth but didn't made for a somewhat frustrating read.

“I wanted to know what it would be like to be taken by him and have him possess me, heart, body, and soul.”

In the end, I enjoyed Maxim and Riley's story even though it wasn't my favorite from the author. I loved the spicy scenes but it felt repetitive at times because Maxim and Riley kept doing the same dance over and over again. Riley would defy Maxim leading him to punish her and them having sex. I didn't mind it, but I would have liked a bit more variety other than Riley making a dumb mistake or talking back to Maxim resulting in a consequence because of her actions. Other than that, I am looking forward to Sara Fields moving on from Boston to New York with a potential new series featuring Maxim's brothers. Fans of Sara Fields and the forced marriage trope will certainly enjoy this age-gap romance between a fiercely protective older hero and his innocent and defiant heroine.

it was good but something was off for me. i know that maxim saved riley and that was cute but the daddy thing was forced too fast. i liked them as a couple but riley just immediately agreed with no discussion on what it means. i also felt like the lie about her real name could have been explained better. it’s just giving cringe a bit for me i could have used a bit more plot, also he was spanking her like 30 times and normally in books it’s not that many.

A captivating read, wonderful story and characters that you will become enamoured by
Maxim Morozov is a Russian mob boss, and one of the most powerful men in the city of Boston. He had seen Gregor treating a young woman in his bar poorly and when he told him to stop, he had attacked with a knife and this had left Maxim with no choice.
Maxim had known that even though he had given the other Russian the chance to leave his bar he had refused to leave with his life attacking him not only again with a knife but then actually pulling a gun on him and firing it had been only his speed that had saved him.
Riley is eighteen years old and Maxim has not felt the way he does about a woman since his beloved wife and he knew that she was something special. He wanted a woman in his life but he knew that she was something special and he knew that she was important in his life and he had to go carefully.
She has become so important to him and he knows that she is a delightful bundle and he wants to do the right thing and sometime no matter what his head is telling him his heart has other ideas and he may not be able to ignore it.
He has not fel this needs or desires for a woman since the death of his beloved wife after the birth of his daughter and complications that they had not been able to rescue her from and he is lonely and he knows that Riley could fill this void but he is nearly twice her age.
I guarantee that you will be blown away by this simply wonderful read, the writing is simply wonderful and the characters and previous books will draw you further into this story and I guarantee that you will not be able to put the book down until you reach the end and discover the outcome.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I need to vent it out somewhere.

First of all, what incredibly put me off is that I expected a scary mafia story, while I was presented with a 44 year old guy who chuckles when the FMC tells him what pizza she wants for dinner. This whole chuckling thing made me roll my eyes - how are you a scary mafia boss when you chuckle at everything that an 18 year old says?

Secondly, the nicknames - he called her "little girl" 96 times (yes, I counted). The "Riley-girl" didn't sit right with me either. I'm not sure why and if I'm the only one, but both nicknames made me cringe.

He fell in love with her within 3 or 4 days and decided to marry her. Soon after he found out she lied about her last name (bear in mind she lied because he literally kidnapped her) and was upset that "she pretended to be someone else". Sir, you are a 44 year old man marrying and 18 year old girl after less than a week of knowing them. Where's your brain at?

He also said she was extraordinary and "cunning" which made me laugh. There is nothing cunning about her - she tried to escape from a locked room through the window without her shoes and got immediately caught. She knew he was going to punish her every time she disobeyed yet she kept disobeying without a single plan of escape. Nothing smart or extraordinary, she is just a broken 18 year old kidnapped by an old guy.

Also, I am not sure who edited or proof read this book, but they need to get better at their job. The amount of grammatical mistakes and repetitive phrases is ridiculous. Literally nothing happens in this book, so I won't even tick the spoilers tab. I promise you - nothing happens in this book except her getting wet, him getting hard while spanking her. That's it.

I am truly sorry to write this review because as I fellow author I would be sad to read this about my own book, but I am hoping this could potentially be used as a feedback for the future - if it ever gets read.

🔥 “Be a good girl for Daddy and take what you’re given.”
~~~
Riley Murphy is awesome! She’s bold, brave, defiant and sassy. Even more, she’s quite resourceful and stubborn. And life in the foster system has taught her how to be tough and take care of herself. But Riley can also be quite reckless which often leads her to make rash and dangerous decisions. Nevertheless, Riley is a wonderful young woman and I liked her very much.
And Maxim Morozov is one intense and dangerous man. As the head of the Morozovs, he’s ruthless, deadly, demanding and is not someone to be messed with. Even more, Maxim is possessive, obsessive and so deliciously dominant. He’s a man who takes care and fiercely protects what’s his. Maxim is so irresistible and I adored everything about him!
I loved everything that happened between Riley and Maxim! After crafting a dangerous plan, Riley manages to get from Ireland to America, but then things don’t go as planned. Luckily, Maxim is there to save her and from then on he’s not letting Riley go, whether she likes it or not. I really liked those two together! The banters and the teasings were fun to read and I loved the tension between the two. Yes, there’s quite the age-gap between Maxim and Riley, but they just fit well together. Even more, the spice was hot AF and I couldn’t get enough of the deliciously filthy moments they shared. Riley and Maxim were so perfect for each other and, after both went through, they deserved to find happiness and love together.
Overall, the story is another fantastic addition to the series and I loved every page of it!
This is Maxim and Riley's story. It started off very promising and then the plot just dropped. The reason Riley hid her identity was never discussed with her cousins or Maxim. If the author had kept the plot going throughout the entire story arc, it would have been a decent book. As it is, it makes the reader rethink multiple times about going further in the series.
The good part was at the very start with how Riley ended up in foster care and how she took charge of her life afterwards. The meeting in the bar and Maxim coming to her rescue was the beginning of the end. Riley was a stubborn & strong lead up until shortly after and then then entire story trope took a right turn into a completely different trope. Up until then, I loved the strength and sass of Riley. Afterwards she became very unsure and way less strength and sass. The continual calling her Riley girl became extremely obnoxious and effectively allowed her to become a shell of her former self. It felt as if there were two story arcs going on and they were up against each other rather than working in tandem to make an awesome story.
As for the connection between Riley and Maxim, again it started out promising and then devolved. When he found out she didn't tell the full truth about her past, it was simply dropped. It felt as if the arc wasn't fleshed out and too many promising parts dropped. It was a quick read but fleshing out the actual arc would have added to the story and enhanced it. As it is now, it falls short. I received an advanced copy through Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Riley Murphy was eight years old when her parents were killed in the turf war that decimated the Irish branch of the Murphy family. Her cousins left the country for America and she was put in orphanages and foster homes. Riley just turned 18 so she aged out of the system. She wants to go to America. She is going to use Gregor Orlov to get herself to Boston.
Maxim Morozov is 44 and lives in Boston. He owns the Iron Wolf Tavern and it is the base of his family’s operations. His brothers, Ivan, Sergei, Nikolai and Alexei come to the bar for a meeting in the back room. The brothers decide they are going to expand their business into New York. All of a sudden, they hear a ruckus in the main room of the bar and go investigate.
Gregor Orlov and Riley Murphy have arrived at the bar. Maxim tries to calm Gregor down. He knows that the Orlovs control syndicates in Russia and Chicago and he is unsure how Gregor fits in the organization. Gregor doesn’t care who Maxim is and starts a fight with him. Maxim ends up killing Gregor.
Maxim takes Riley to his house to protect her. She finds him attractive and he finds her beautiful. She is used to taking care of herself, so she is wary of Maxim.
These two seemed like an unlikely pair at the beginning. I loved seeing the interaction between them. Another good story in the series.
Tame Me, Daddy is a dark mafia, daddy kink romance told from dual points of view. It follows Riley Murphy and Maxim Morozov.
Riley life has been one of turmoil since her parents were murdered when she was eight. Left all alone she ended up in foster care where she felt unloved and all alone. When she aged out she was determined leave Ireland and make a new life in America no matter what she had to do to get there even make a deal with a dangerous man.
Maxim runs one of the most powerful bratva crime syndicates in Boston. While at his tavern with his brothers there's a commotion involving a young woman being mistreated by a man who turns out to be Gregor Orlov a family member of a Russian crime syndicate out of Chicago. While he doesn't regret what happened he realizes by killing him there will likely be retaliation. Now he's determined to protect her even if she fights him every step of the way.
I enjoyed their story and the push and pull between them. Oh and the undeniable chemistry that was brewing between them. I just wished there was more to the mafia retaliation part it just felt rushed, unfinished and well too easy. I also wished there was more to why she was left behind in Ireland and not helped by her cousins?
I received an ARC through Booksprout an I'm voluntarily leaving my review.
This is part of the Boston Kings Series and is Maxim and Riley's intriguing story. Maxim Morozov is a powerful Russian mob boss and owner of a tavern. The Morozov brothers moved from Russia to Boston to build their empire and they are one of the strongest bratva organizations. A disturbance has started in the packed tavern. Riley has ended up in America as she wanted, but she is being treated roughly by Orlov who is a member of the Russian mafia out of Chicago. Maxim steps in to help this beauty and things get rough. Riley will now be under Maxim's protection, even though she doesn't want it. She is high-strung and feisty. Maxim knows there will be payback coming. Even though Maxim is twice Riley's age there is an extreme connection between them. This book is action-packed with violence, steam, secrets, and wonderful characters.
This book by Ms. Fields was such an effortless and enjoyable read. It bleeds raw passion on every page. It's a forbidden romance filled with emotions. A tantalizing tease that will rock your senses. The characters were fully developed, and I liked how their flaws made them more relatable. The power exchange dynamics were both disciplinary and sexual in nature. I think Riley deserved to be punished for her antics, but Maxim was too harsh at times.
It's no wonder that Riley found herself in trouble after using Gregor Oriov to get from
Ireland to Boston. She was young, impulsive, inexperienced, and way out of her depth. She was lucky that she found herself in Maxim Morozov's tavern when Gregor caught up with her. Maxim was head of the Russian Crime syndicate in Boston and was drawn to Riley, despite trying to establish boundaries. She intrigued him. Challenged him and made him want her. He was determined to keep her safe, but Riley didn't make it easy for him. Maxim did everything in his power to keep her safe, including spanking her and other embarrassing punishments. Riley found out the hard way that keeping secrets from Maxim was not a good idea.
I enjoyed the inclusion of the Murphy family. This was a well-rounded and entertaining story with a satisfying conclusion.
In the sixth book of Sara Fields "Boston Kings," we meet Maxim and Riley. Riley had lost all family in Ireland at a young age and wound up in State care until she aged out. Those were not easy years and Riley wound up with a lengthy sheet of complaints against her. Eventually, living on the streets and trying to find a way out of her situation she meets Gregor Orlav, whom she believes to be an easy mark. Riley eventually convinces him of a plan to take her to America. She's dodged paying him the physical price she's promised but once in Boston, he intends to collect. That brought them to Maxim's bar where things get out of hand and Maxim winds up killing the man who turns out to be the heir to the Orlav Bratva. Maxim is the King of Boston. Now not only has he taken it upon himself to be responsible for Riley but she's the first woman he's felt anything for since the passing of his wife years ago. Unfortunately, he's more than twice her age and she's just eighteen. There's an overwhelming chemistry between these two that can't seem to be denied. And a war that could come any day. It's a heart-pounding read between the fire that burns between these two characters and the possibility of a mafia vs bratva war looming. I would certainly recommend it.
I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. Thank you Ms. Fields for giving us more. I thought it was wishful thinking to hope for more books on the other families that are on the fringes, but Ms. Fields delivered. I was so excited to read more about these families. You know the Murphys have to be involved. Let's get into some other families. This book gives readers an intimate introduction into the lives of the Morozovs. Maxim Morozov in particular. He meets a stunning woman that brings out his protective side. Sure, she may be young but she is legal and that is all that matters.
Riley and Maxim go through the same cat and mouse games that most couples go through until the first punishment comes down. Riley decides she is more than intrigued about these punishments, but likes being a good girl better. Riley's mouth has gotten her in a little trouble. Thankfully the Morozovs are there to clean it up. They have to bring in the help of the Murphys. Readers will get a brief glimpse of some of their favorite characters in this series. Ms. Fields can do no wrong in my eyes. Her books are always on the verge of being taboo. I know what to expect and I accept all that Ms. Fields offers.
The Privileged Trauma Tourists Are Feeding Again.
He Raped And Fucking FIGGED Her Without Consent, Abuser, "Safe Word" Doesn't Appear Once, The Unraped Are On A Trauma Tourist Trip Again
Fuck you this isn't BDSM.
This book reminds me of how commercialised Baby Elephants are beat the fuck out of them, until they never turn to their support networks, to get them to obey.
I assume you lament genociders too.
This is vile.
This is absolutely gross.
Imagine telling yourself you love someone as you rape and hurt
Fuck you.
And fuck this bitch for pretending this was love.
As we have come to expect in this exciting series on the Murphy mafia in Boston, this story starts with hard hitting action right from the get go. Riley inadvertently gets involved with the Orlovs Bratva when she cons Gregor to get her into the US. When he confronts her in The Iron Wolf Tavern, owned by the Morozov Bratva, Maxim feels compelled to rescue her. The violence involved immediately puts the two Bratva families in a likely war scenario. Now Maxim needs to protect her as well, and to do so he needs to get his message through to Riley in a clear and understandable manner. Said message is transmitted via her bottom and, by extension, her very being. Two people experiencing an extremely impactful relationship in the midst of a brewing Bratva war leads to all types of explosive, responsive, situations that are absolutely hot, hot, hot. When Maxim reaches out to the Murphy’s to be part of the solution, a wedding no less, the plot really thickens. Ms. Fields is a leader in the dark mafia genre and this is one of her best. A great read! 5 Stars
Riley Murphy had a way to finally get to America. She just needed to stick to the plan. Problem is that plans tend to go sideways. Maxim Morozov and his family have made a name for themselves in Boston. They even have a plan to venture further to New York. When he saw Gregor man handling a woman, he saw red. He saved her but she thought she could get away. Naughty girls get spanked for that. I wanted to laugh when I read that they both had the same fantasy. Both having naughty thoughts about the other. Riley defiantly had a rough life back in Ireland. She deserved to be babied and loved. Maxim was hard as nails but with her, she brought out his soft side. These two were definitely a perfect pair. And I do love that we are more tied with the Murphy clan. Since all the Murphy’s have found their love, we need to focus on the Morozov clan. We have Ivan, Nikolai, Sergei, and Aleksei Morozov, Maxim’s brother’s. We need to find strong women for them.
Riley is an innocent, young, orphan who has grown up in Ireland. When she is finally out of the foster-care system, she manipulates a mafia man to help her move to Boston. Once there, she is no longer able to avoid his sexual assault. Maxim observes his aggression and is forced to end Gregor’s life. As it turns out, Gregor is a strong member of the Orlov’s Bratva community. The Orlov’s demand retribution.
Maxim took one look at Riley and decided to keep her safe and protected. He refuses to allow her life to be forfeit. He also learns to deal sternly, yet lovingly with Riley’s need to escape and forge her own future. Discipline is what she needs and discipline is exactly what Maxim will provide. It does take quite a bit of love intermixed with strong punishments before Riley finally learns how important trust and truth really matter.
I highly recommend this story of mafia intrigue, a strong, dominant, alpha “daddy” and his younger, adoring, submissive woman. Will these two unique personalities find a way to “live happily ever after?” I am hopeful they will!
Wow every time I read a book by this author I’m blow away it’s hot, steamy and raw which is how I like my books and if you like BDSM and so much more than this book is for you. Riley Murphy is a 18yr old orphan who grew up in foster care after her patents where murdered and learn to grow up fast and fend for yourself and she has done pretty good so far but now in a bar she is being treated badly when she is saved by a gorgeous man who kills him right in front of her and when whisks her away to safety. Maxim is the Bratva Boss of Boston and is a man you don’t want looking for you it wont end well and when he see’s a sexy female getting treated badly in his bar he steps in to throw him out but the Russian doesn’t get the hint and so he ends up dead and her claims the girl as his. There attraction is burning hot and it isn’t long till she is calling him Daddy. There is so much more to this book that will have you hooked. Definitely a must read.
Sara Fields’ Tame Me Daddy brings us back to the Morozov and Murphy families and much like the others, we have an older daddy-type and a sassy LG. In it, we meet Riley Murphy and she is absolute trouble from page one. Granted, she might not have fully thought things through, but she definitely comes across as a “hold my beer” kind of girl. Maxim, while seeming less pakhan than some of her other bratva stories, is none-the-less, a fun DD with the right amount of growly and sexy bits that make these a great page turner. Add in that we DO have the Boston Murphys, which I loved checking in on. The story progresses at a good pace with no lags, and the characters have delicious chemistry including the smexy times. This is a fun read and if you’re looking for something to pass the time on a hot and sweaty day, well prepare to be even hotter.
I have read all the books in this series. They are very quick and light reads, and for whatever reason, even though I have issues with them, I cannot stay away.
This one I did enjoy I think moreso than the other books. The biggest issue that I have, honestly, is how little plot there is in all of this. This is why I call it a light read, though. Not much really happens. IMO, there is a little too much punishment in these for my tastes, but I understand how others would enjoy it.
I did like how them coming together did feel more natural than some of the others, not just jumping into bed. I did feel how he meant to stay away, but just couldn't.
I didn't like how everything seemed to happen within the span of a week or two, though. I like a longer build up.
I did like this one, though, and I'll probably keep reading these as they come out.
