Dangerous Seduction😈
Dangerous Seduction is the first book in a new series The Reyes Cartel and focuses on Dante, the son and heir to the Cartel Empire and Natalia, aka Eva, DEA Agent and Undercover girlfriend to Dante🤩 Complicated doesn’t begin to cover what happens between Dante and Natalia😳
Suffice to say this one had a lot of moving parts, but it was entertaining and full of suspense which kept me enthralled and drew me in from the first chapter❣️I’m excited to see who features in the second book…I received an advanced copy via Booksprout and willingly leave my honest review❤️

3.5 There is an earlier story that will segway into this one that should be read first. Unfortunately the author doesn't bundle these as a trilogy which would have made more sense.
Dante and Natalia's story aka Eva had some good portions while others portion of the book left gaps where the reader was expected to put the story together. The basic premise of the story has merit, thus the above average rating but definitely had portions of the book that didn't add up.
Natalia was a trained DEA agent that went undercover to bring down the Reyes Cartel and to find out who murdered her partner Matt. There was too much time spent on her transformation from Natalia to Eva as well as she and Dante's BDSM kink and not enough time on the actual meat of the story. She made some major screw up's such as getting into Richard's office (Dante's fathers office" while as a guest at his home with only a minor hick-up when caught when she said she got lost. She left all of her DEA undercover information in plain site in Eva's apartment for Dante to find as well as making statements that leads Dante to uncover her real identity. Falling in love with the very person you are supposed to investigate as quickly as she did just didn't make her seem like a really seasoned agent that should go undercover.
Dante loved his mother and sister Sophia, but hated his father. He still did what he was suppose to do for the family. It never occurred to him that daddy dearest would set him up to be killed and that much of what was happening was due to Richard. His immediate attraction to Eva seemed a bit off and yet both characters were obsessed with each other sexually but only seemed in love with each other by books' end. He reaction to finding out Natalia's true identity lacked substance and was drawn out. Initially he wants to make her pay and then....fast forward....he has forgiven her. That was a big gap that needed more explanation.
The story could have spent more time on diving deeper into Dante and his relationship with his family and father and less time with Natalia in bed. I love a good story with lusty sex, but this one felt like it was a "go too" for this couple instead of filling some of those gaps that left me having to piece it together.

Dangerous Seduction is one of M.S. Parker’s best penned stories. Mafia, deceit, lies, murder, corruption and the main characters trying to separately get at the truth.
Natalia is a DEA agent who is driven and walks a straight line that right is right and anything else is wrong. Which is why she’s h*** bent on taking the Reyes Cartel down, once and for all to exact retribution for her partner Matt.
Dante is the son of Ricardo Reyes the head of the Cartel. He lives by trust, honor and family. Love has no place in his life. Dante wants his own life and wants to legitimize his businesses for the families future, yet his father doesn’t want to hear it and constantly uses him as his pawn. All of this will be tested in the wild ride that ensues.
Natalia goes undercover to gather intel to blow up the cartel and its dealings by alluring Dante into her seductive web.
Will one of them change sides? Is the heart stronger than their mantras? Will it all end how you expect? Who is/are the Villains in the story? Remember MANY twists and turns, your mind will have fun untangling the lies from the truths.
This is a well written book with a storyline that has been told before, but never quite like this. The characters have depth and their interaction is electric.

Dangerous Seduction is the 1st Book of the Reyes Cartel Series and is Dante and Natalia's story. Dante is the son and heir of Ricardo Reyes. His father is the head of the Reyes Cartel. Natalia Rameriz is a DEA agent who is going undercover to take down the Meyers Cartel. Dante wants to get away from his father Ricardo's illegal dealings and the way he does things. Dante is the owner of Club Diablo and wants to own other legal businesses of his own. The chemistry between Dante and Natalia is absolutely mind-blowing. The book contains twists and turns, suspense, danger, secrets and steamy scenes. This book is so well-written and the characters work so well together. The gorgeous man on the cover is another plus.

Ok. Let’s dive in. This is a cartel type read so you can expect a pretty intense read at times.
Dante is the son of Richard, the head of the Reyes Family, a cartel family. Like any cartel family, they do anything and everything to prove their power; nothing is off limits. As time as gone by, Dante has tried to steer clear of the hard core and illegal things and is trying to run a legitimate club, much to his father’s dislike. Whenever Dante tried to have a conversation with his father, he is getting vague details, and things are not adding up more and more each day.
Natalia is a DEA agent and her team has been watching the Reyes family for quite some time. With no spoilers, you just have to go with me on this one. When a sting go astray, tragedies happen, and Natalia is more determined than ever to bring down the family. But the more she studies them, the more questions she has. Now she is in deep and don’t know how to crawl out of the web she has weaved.
This was a good story overall. Again, I can’t go into too many details but there were some gaps and issues with the plot but I like the concept. I would give this a try and I would like to see where this story and series goes.

It's like the cartel was expecting them. In the process, Natalia's partner, Matt, is shot. Natalia finds herself with a gun to the back of her head. She sees the most gorgeous eyes she's ever seen pointing that gun at her. It's none other than Dante Reyes, son of Ricardo Reyes, cartel leader.
Natalia goes undercover at any cost, to avenge the person that shot her partner. She chooses Dante as her way into the cartel to get the info they need to take them down. She knows it's risky and hopefully Dante doesn't remember it was her that he almost shot.
Dante sees this gorgeous woman and knows he must have her. They have such chemistry, but he can't help but feel there's something familiar about her. Eva (Natalia) is getting under his skin and that's so dangerous in his line of work. When he finds out who she is will the chemistry still be there? Starting a relationship with deceit is never a good thing!

Dangerous Seduction is Book 1 of The Reyes Cartel, now when I first saw the cover for this book it caught my attention. Which then led me to read the overview for the book, and I got hooked on that alone and needed to find out what would happen between Dante and Natalia. I thought author M.S. Parker did a phenomenal job with the telling of Dante and Natalia’s story. I absolutely loved the emotions of words she used for the characters to portray what they were feeling. At times I felt like I could feel the emotions of the characters. I loved the fact how Natalia is wanting to go undercover to bring down the cartel that murdered her partner Matt. While with Dante, I loved how he didn’t want anything to do with moving drugs or anything illegal, that he wanted something legit and legal. Now I’m not going to give out any major details about this book because I don’t want to spoil it for others. However, I would highly encourage people to check this book out and give it a read. One amazingly thrilling Mafia Romance book. I'm looking forward to reading more books that will be part of this series!.

All Dante Reyes wants is to be legit. no more drug deals, running guns or whatever his father is into. I love the romance between them it, the thrill of the chase and the suspense of gathering evidence without getting caught. What will happen when Dante realizes she a DEA agent? His father will kill her and probably him for introducing her to the family. Dante is dangerous and cunning as he uncovers the secrets and lies his father has been keeping from him. This story is filled with twist and turns as the evidence is uncovered and revealed just how deep the reach of the Reyes cartel is. Can they stop them before it's too late and her career is on the line? Will Dante love his woman, his queen or his family more? Dante and Natalia’s story
Initially, I wasn’t drawn into this organized crime romance, but I took a break about 25% into the novel, then returned. After my palate cleanser, I resumed because of this author’s reputation to deliver quality reads. I was not disappointed. Parker’s MC’s are very likeable, interesting and intriguing characters. Although the storyline was predictable, it was still entertaining. So, if steamy romances with a little BDSM are your thing, then this enemies to lovers romance between a DEA agent and the member of a cartel will fog your kindle. Only 4 stars, because it’s hard to reach the pinnacle when one of the dynamic duo is missing.

Natalie’s most recent assignment has her going undercover at the club for the man who is the heir apparent to take over the cartel who was responsible for her partner’s death, so this mission is very personal. The one complication she did not expect was to develop feelings for the man she was trying to take down.
Dante may have been born into the cartel but based on what he has seen he is not sure that is the life he wants. He would prefer to run his club and distance himself from the other aspects of his family’s business and that is only reinforced when Natalie comes into his life.
Both Natalie and Dante are captivating characters who find themselves torn between love and loyalty as they take us on a intrigue and heat filled journey.

It was all supposed to about justice, the murder of her partner had brought everything to a climactic head. An undercover assignment to get enough information to bring the cartel down….until it all went sideways and emotions got involved.
Natalia has one aim…to bring her partner’s killer to justice and destroy the cartel.
Dante wants to protect his family but without his father’s influence. He doesn’t want to be part of the lies and violence that have surrounded him all his life. There’s got to be a better way. He just hasn’t been able to figure it out yet.
Now Natalia and Dante find themselves embroiled in a plot bigger than they had ever dreamed.

This book was a solid 4-star read. Natalia, a DEA agent, is determined to bring down the Reyes Cartel. Dante, the son of Ricardo Reyes the head of the Cartel, wants to take the family into legitimate businesses in the future, but until he becomes the head of the family, he has to follow his father's demands. When a raid goes wrong, Natalia's partner is killed and Dante could have killed her, but didn't. But there is more at play behind this whole raid. The book is full of twists, turns, action, drama, sizzle, steam, and so much more. Another great read by one of my favorite authors M.S. Parker.

This is the first story, which reads as a stand alone, in the new "Reyes Cartel" series. It is captivating and very addictive. The story is about Natalia and Dante. She is a special agent with the DEA and has just busted her boyfriend cheating on her. She is making her way back to her home when she gets a call from another agent. They have a lead on the Reyes Cartel and bringing them down. Dante is the son of Ricardo Reyes, the head of the cartel. He is trying to steer clear of his dads dealings. Natalia and Dante are combustible together! I love every bit of this story. It is a forbidden romance with passion, steam, danger, suspense, humor and great twists.

Mafia romance fans will find DANGEROUS SEDUCTION taking a different direction than most similar novels. The scene is tipping more toward the law and order side than the criminal enterprise side.
There is plenty of suspense worrying that Natalia’s cover will be blown. She has to take risks that are dangerous and could implicate Dante.
There is all the spice right from the beginning. I enjoyed an early copy I read, would recommend it to mafia romance fans, and look forward to others in the series.
There is plenty of suspense worrying that Natalia’s cover will be blown. She has to take risks that are dangerous and could implicate Dante.
There is all the spice right from the beginning. I enjoyed an early copy I read, would recommend it to mafia romance fans, and look forward to others in the series.

This is a well written mafia romance with strong characters in Natalia and Dante. The author does a great job developing the story and painting her scenes perfectly. She takes you into their lives with chemistry, romance and love and kept me turning the pages with suspense, danger, secrets and lies along with all the twists and turns along the way. She moves the story fluidly and delivers a terrific read.

Dean and Natalia connect when she infiltrates his nightclub. She is introduced to his family as she gathers information to bring down the cartel. She is withholding secrets and as she and Dean get close so does the danger. All Dean wants is to run his club and be away from the involvement of his father. When he learns the truth about Natalia and why she is there will their relationship survive. This story kept me glued to the pages.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and found it to be compelling in its portrayal of conflicting interests and how different groups collaboratively worked towards a common objective. While I initially had some reservations about the protagonist's lack of recognition of a pivotal character, I ultimately appreciated the intricately woven plot, action sequences, and mystery elements. This story has the potential to translate well into a visual medium like a Netflix series.

This book, like most of M S Parker’s books is totally ridiculous escapist fun….. and she does it so well. I mean this in the best possible way because none of us really want to date a guy from a cartel but we just love to read about it even as we know that it’s escapist fun. The temperature between these two is summer at its most tropical and the back and forth is terrific. I always love how strong her female characters are while not making wimps of the men. More please.

Dangerous Seduction is the first book in the Reyes Cartel Series which features Dante, the heir to the cartel, who owns and runs a legitimate and legal nightclub much to the dissatisfaction of his father who heads the cartel, and Natalia, an undercover DEA agent whose assignment is to infiltrate his steamy club. Dante and Natalia have an instant attraction to one another which makes Natalia question her DEA loyalty. Their romance has amazing characters, steamy passion, drama, plot twists, and suspense.

What a great story. Natalia a DEA agent goes undercover to get intel on the Reyes family after her partner was killed. The surprise is getting more than she bargained for and not knowing who she could trust. Dante the son of the cartel leader was trying to develop a legitimate side to the family’s wealth but that is not what his father had in mind. In face fox father set him up to take the fall for it all including the DEA agents death.

Ms. Parker is a favorite author of mine so when she comes with a new book I can’t wait to grab it and start reading. This is the first book of a new series of the Reyes Cartel. This is a very amazing and exciting new book. The pages are filled with secrets, deceit, suspense , danger, twists and turns, chemistry, and lots of romance. This book is so well written I was unable to put it down.

I really enjoyed this book and loved Natalia and Dante. Natalia is out for justice and all Dante wants from his cartel father is to be left alone to live his life. Their story is action packed, steamy, betrayal and twists you may or may not see coming and if you think you know who the mole is think again. This author never disappoints, it’s been a while since I’ve read one of her books and I’m glad I grabbed it from Booksprout. Can’t wait for the next one in the series.

OMG, I was hooked from the first chapter!
Who played who is only a minor plot twist in the overall story as Natalia and Dante weave through their undeniable attraction! Natalia dreads walking away from Dante so she plans an alternate ending to work with Dante together to ascertain the mole and the cartel. How will it all end? You have to read to find out and don’t expect to put the book down until turning the last page!

This is the first book for me by this author and I am absolutely won over. It’s not often one book can feel totally complete, but this one does. Every high octane moment, every emotion, every discovery, every passionate twist was felt in these characters. There is a connection with our alpha anti-hero and his undercover DES agent.

This was Dante and Natalia’s story. When DEA Agent Natalia Ramirez goes undercover and infiltrates Miami's sexiest nightclub, she doesn't expect the owner to be sin incarnate. Dante Reyes, the smoldering heir to the city's most notorious cartel, is a temptation she can't resist.
