I had a REALLY challenging time getting through all of the editorial errors in spelling. Content was helpful in prepping for the exam at least.

The NASM essentials of sports performance training is more detailed and through than NSCA essentials of strength training and conditioning. Sports specific testing in the NASM PES book is more detailed.
