This book has a lot of helpful tools to encourage you to complete goals. I did find that when I stayed with the program I did really well with my goals. I have gone back to the book many times to remind myself of motivational passages. I would have liked the workbook pages to be tear outs or for the book to be bound in a way that makes photocopying the pages so I can write on them easier. I did go on the author's website to see if he had some blank downloadable pages and he did not. To me this would have improved the experience so much more. I don't like to write in my books. I did recommend this book to a few of my friends despite my printing issues. I think the message is brilliant and I use the knowledge I gained from the book all the time. This book is fairly quick to get into the practice of the 90 day program which I enjoyed. I don't like it when self-help books go on and on about how great they are and all the people they helped. I don't need to be sold if I already bought your book. This book didn't do that and I appreciated it.

I received a copy of this book for free from the publisher to read and review. This book was boring for me. However I have read several similar self help books. It would probably be a good book for someone who has not read self help books before. It was easy to understand and gave an interesting approach to self improvement. It just wasn't a book for me as I have read several similar books.

I am reviewing this book I got for free on the Goodreads site.
This is an excellent book. It helps a person learn how to priortize things in their life. What I liked was the area in the book where for 90 days you can write down your plans for the day. It helps you with your goals.
