Great principles and tips on how to organize a Children's Ministry. Some great examples in the back of the book to help you get started building your structure.

Jim Wideman is a great read. He keeps things very interesting and holds your attention. At the same time, he gives very practical advice that is easy to implement.

There are SO many great ideas and principles in this book. I have been flooded with ideas since I've started reading! I'm so thankful that a book like this (written in 1995) is SO timeless! There are many thing I will start implementing as a direct result of the training I received from this book.
