Everyone has always made fun of Sandra Ferris. She's gawky and shy, and people whisper about her everywhere she goes. But the Wakefield twins step in and change Sandra's life by giving her a new look -- hair, clothes, make-up, the works!

Suddenly, the ugly duckling turns into a beautiful swan, and that means trouble for Jessica. Now Sandra is getting all the attention. And

I think we're supposed to end up feeling sorry for Sandra, but she really was all kinds of awful.

Every Sweet Valley book could be called "Jessica's Bad Idea", on the real

In this one, Jessica gives awkward outcast Sandra a She's All That level makeover. Pretty soon Sandra is getting more attention than even A-lister Unicorn Jessica Wakefield. When they both run for election-based contests, Sandra proves that the popularity has gone to her head and becomes a grade-A grotsky lil biotch. This is what Jessica gets for helping her lessers smh

When Jessica has a bad idea, I have a great story to childhood would not have been the same without these girls and their wonderful adventures. Thank you Francine Pascal.
