After enjoying the antics of Captain Sillyvoice so much, we eagerly awaited the second book in the Captain Sillyvoice series. This did not disappoint! Once again we were swept along the high seas in this hillarious romp whilst Captain Sillyvoice and his crew set out to prove they were the best of the best. Really looking forward to reading further adventures in this series.

Brilliant second story in the Captain Sillyvoice series where the captain triumphs again. This is a real "feel good" story that will appeal to adults and children alike. Look out for the monkey and I do think that the author should include recipes for some of the tantalising dishes displayed on the bar menus!!!!!

Children will enjoy reading this superbly-crafted book featuring alliterative names of characters, text in verse, colorful illustrations bursting with detail, and interspersed sentences that call for reader-interaction.
Children will enjoy reading the book with friends and locating the mice, monkeys, and parrot.
