Checked this book out from the library, but it ended up not appealing much to me. The crafts don't have a lot of artistic variation between children doing the projects. (For example, if you stuff a sock and paint it red to make an apple, you're going to have a bunch of red apples rather than pieces of artistic expression.) Having said that, there's one I want to make using envelopes made from old, colorful calendars: envelope owl wall hanger. I'm ga-ga for owls. :D

This book has some really great crafts using things you find around the house/yard! It's more process than product oriented, which is important to me & the stuff is pretty cute! Highly recommend.
