Wounded Magus

Natta Magus' impossible choice
Once again, Rob Steiner paints a vivid word picture of a world and an underworld that is both fascinating and terrifying, and a hero who wrestles with moral choices, oaths and obligations that have enormous consequences. It helps you to understand the characters in this story if you've read the previous installments, and the way this one ends suggests there is more to come, so do yourself a favor and start at the beginning. Action, adventure, supernatural creatures, magic of both the good and evil types, a compelling story and well drawn characters...what more could you possibly want?

Enjoyed this fantasy/alternative Roman history book very much. Good pacing, characters and plot.
