I never imagined you could do so much with wheat. I borrowed this from the library but I want to purchase a copy. It is full of useful information and recipes that I can use on a regular basis, and would use daily if I ever needed to rely on my food storage. It tells how to make gluten out of wheat and use it in a variety of recipes including the best ways to season it to taste more like meat. It has a section on breads and desserts and ways to use cracked wheat. I can't wait to make more use out of the wheat in my basement.

Truly amazing. I recently purchased an electric wheat grinder and loved the plethora of ideas for healthy meals. In fact, I continue to serve 'wheat meat' instead of hamburger to my family and they are happy and blissfully ignorant. Please keep my secret!
