The Golden Poo is an incredibly fun comic book that feels interactive and engaging that any kid (and adult) will love.

The Golden Poo follows a group of doctor's as they search for all the poo in the wild, which includes a golden poo that poos itself. The doctors investigate different poos to talk about who each poo belongs to. Each poo comes with a bunch of clues for the reader to decipher who the poo can belong to.

Along with the poo mysteries, the book also includes fact cards about wild animals. I particularly liked the poo from the whale because that was a completely new poo to me.

The character's are introduced before the story with a character card, which will allow the reader to get to know each character, making the story feel more familiar and engaging. The artwork is bright, colorful, and engaging. Both readers who are familiar and unfamiliar with comic books will have fun reading this story and engaging with the artwork.

I really like that this book works to demystify and normalize poo. It is true that everyone books, and this book is such an informative, supportive, and safe space for kids to learn and talk about poo.

This book is very silly and educational, if you want to learn about different animals and what they eat based on their poop, this is a great book for you. Great for kids learning about animals as this book is targeted toward younger kids. You do learn a lot about animals and why they poop the way they do and what benefits it has for the soil or ocean. On top of that, we have a person working behind the scene as the main characters are trying to get a golden poop and have to figure out what poop belongs to what animal before they can move on to find their prize.

I received a copy of this eBook from netGalley for a honest review.

What a fun why to learn about animals! I learned a lot and was amused by the antics of the characters. I will read more of these books just to see if my guessing skills get any better.

Solve the mystery of whose poo is whose. My kids would have loved the yuck factor of trying to guess who the poo belonged too. The clues start out hard and get easier and easier until the animal was revealed. The story was cute and challenging. I only got 3 correct.
