When Justice Is the Measure

Rate this book
You haven't met Jesus until you've met him as a man of compassionate justice. When Justice is the Measure encourages those who follow Jesus to include the excluded, challenge cultural norms, confront corruption and advocate for those who are oppressed. Though injustice denies it, God intends human life to flourish. And God calls us to join the mission.

Had some strengths. I greatly admire the life and work of the three authors. What I enjoyed the most though were the personal accounts and stories of ministry recounted by Commissioner Christine McMillan, Canada's former Territorial Commander.

This book is probably best read as it is written for a small group or Bible Study approach. A bit eye opening and a book that does indeed cause you to stop and think. I do like those kind of reads.
