Das Manko dieser Bücher ist, dass man den Roman gelesen haben sollte. Sonst kann man mit der graphic novel nichts anfangen. So bleibt die Handlung grob zusammengezimmert. Am Zeichenstil fand ich nichts auszusetzen.

With their precise work and attention to detail, Che Rossié and Yann Krehl turned the first few chapter of "The Dwarves" written by Markus Heitz into an entertaining comic that serve me well. What was somewhat disappointing was the look of the Älfar. In his novel Markus Heitz describes his Älfar as the most beautiful beings in the world. Eine wunderbare Graphik Novel. Ich werde die Reihe auf jeden Fall weiter lesen. Jetzt hab ich Lust mir das Hörbuch nochmal anzuhören.

Für alle Zwerge-Fans ein muss.
Die Geschichte ist einem aus dem ersten Zwerge-Band von Markus Heitz bekannt und wird von Yann Krehl hervorragend auf den Punkt gebracht.
Die Zeichnungen finde ich auch sehr gelungen und es wird nichts verschönert.
