recommendation that turned into a valued resource
A recommendation that turned into a valued resource. I really like this book and recognize a few of the elixirs as homemade remedies made by my dad I used to scoff at (sorry dad)... Now I wish I'd been drinking these all along. I look forward to creating many of these recipes and enjoying their benefits.

Those who juice regularly will love this book. Those who don't, will take the same stance I do. It was ok. I thought there was something "faddish" about this book that it will have a short shelf life or become one of those books that just take up book shelf space and never be cracked open after its newness wore off.
