Elemental Dragons #2

Giving the Dragon Ice

Rate this book
It could be fate or a bitter witch. Either way, someone is against them.

Alisa Roberts went to Manhattan expecting to meet the father she never knew. Finding her mate, though, that was one hell of an inconvenience. Especially when their bond cemented her curse. Destroying the witches responsible is the only way to end their spell.

When Declan Quinn answered the call of a golden dragon shifter, he rutted his way into a disaster. His new mate had a vendetta against witches. Unfortunately, his best friend happened to be quite magical.

When her fire and his ice clashed, they realize fate has a cynical sense of humor. Can the sins of the mother ever wash away? Or will Alisa and Declan pay the ultimate price?

This book was magnificent!
It was somehow soft, sweet, spicy, funny, emotional, and highstakes. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the last 60 or so pages, because wow! (I may or may not have spent those entire 60 or so pages crying...I read alone so no witnesses!)

This was such a fun book to read!! I've read a lot of highstakes, super emotional fantasy books, so to be able to dip my toes into something so fun - yet with the added drama of a curse, was delightful.

I will have a lot of joy reading this again and again.

I absolutely adore Declan and Alisa; these two characters perfectly encompass "opposites attract".
I am always available and ready to love a brother who accepts his newly discovered sister as his own, so Gideon is definitely a favourite.
Found family is my favourite trope, and VJ wrote it perfectly.

I really enjoyed how well balanced the side characters were written; fleshed out enough that I felt like I knew them, but not overly detailed with a ton of back story clogging up the pages.

I am newish to dragons, and brand new to dragon shifters. I absolutely loved how they were written in this book. The scales, the mating, the absolutely refusal to conform to the human side - 10 out of 10.

Definitely a fun 5 star read!!

Thank you so much to the author, Victoria Jayne for taking a chance on this brand new ARC reader. It was an absolute joy to start the journey with this book, and I am looking forward to reading more of her works.

** I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. Thank you, Victoria, for the opportunity! I appreciate it more than you know. **

For those who don’t know, this book focuses on Alisa and Declan, two dragon shifters, in a story set in modern-day United States. Alisa went to Manhattan to meet her father, who she didn’t have the opportunity to grow up with.

Declan works in marketing for her father’s jewelry business, which Alisa doesn’t know about for the first half of the book. The two of them meet when Alisa’s golden dragon screeches the mating call and Declan shows up.

What Declan doesn’t realize is that Alisa has been cursed because of her golden dragon and that’s going to get in the way of their mating. The Ember Witches want her dead and now that they’re mates after two intimate experiences, he’s also in the line of fire.

Will they survive or will the witches, one of whom is Declan’s female best friend, get in the way and spell their doom?

––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

So I walked into this book, knowing nothing more than that it has dragon shifters and fated mates. These are two tropes that I love so I was more than a little excited to dive in.

One of the things I love about the FMC, Alisa, is that she’s older than most FMCs I’ve come across lately. She has a steady job with friends in other shifters, even a dragon shifter. I thought that was cool.

What really stole the show for me, though, is the color of Declan’s dragon. Teal is my favorite color so he automatically got points from me for his dragon alone. Ya can’t go wrong with a teal-colored dragon, can you?

I would definitely recommend to people wanting to read this novel is to read the first novel in this series before they dive into this one. I made the mistake of not reading the first novel before this one. Don’t be like me. Lol

There are definitely references I feel I’m missing because I didn’t read the first book beforehand.

I originally had a couple issues with how Alisa handled everything but I’ve found that I put that dislike aside, considering how the book ended. I don’t want to give true spoilers but the ending of this book definitely made it worth it.

The first issue I had was how long it took for Alisa to accept the mating bond. Once everything was aired out between her and Declan, I can forgive her for that. I can understand where she’s coming from since I’m sure I’d react the same way in her circumstances.

The other thing I was hesitant about was how Alisa reacted to her first conversation with Duncan. Her screaming at him didn’t sit well with me at first but I think my reaction was because I didn’t have the whole story about what happened.

Plus, what he told her was the exact opposite of everything she had ever been taught about her mother. Why wouldn’t she react the way she did? I can’t imagine the stress of that kind of news would place on someone.

But what really got to me was the ending. My heart hurts for Alisa but I’m so glad she got an HEA. I’m so glad that her and Declan get to enjoy a family that it sounds like he has always wanted. They deserve it, for sure.

** Thank you, Victoria, for the chance to read your book! I can’t wait for it to come out and will definitely recommend it to people. You should be so proud of what you’ve created! **

This is Book 2 in a series, interconnected but stand-alone, so you don't need to read bk 1 (Giving the dragon fire) to enjoy this book, but I highly recommend it. You get introduced to the MMC (Declan) in book 1 (his best friend Gideon's story). If you enjoy paranormal mystery, intrigue and action, dragons, witches and good writing with a side of spicy, this book is for you.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and read it in one sitting. The MMC (Declan) and FMC (Alisa) are both dragons and are fated mates, the former an ice dragon and the latter a fire dragon. But this is not your typical insta-love fated mates story. I really loved both Declan and Alisa and the way their characters were developed. I was totally invested in their journey to HEA. Alisa is a strong, independent sassy female in spite of the challenges she experienced in life. Declan, the playboy dragon is living and loving the single life, until he encounters Alisa. The spice was spicing in this relatively short novel. Imagine two majestic dragons locked in battle and entwined in hot and steamy action. This is a new to me author, and I really love to find new authors to love, so consider me hooked. I am now looking forward to the rest of the series.

Book 2 in the "Elemental Dragons" series!

"Giving the Dragon Ice" is an standalone but part of an interconected series. (you should read the first book before for a better experience)

In this book we follow Declan (who we first met in "Giving the Dragon Fire" and Alisa (i'm not telling who she is👀).

I gotta say that I don't usually read Paranormal Romance but with this series that's definitely changing my view on the genre. What's better than dragon shifters, honestly?👀

The story was an absolute rollercoaster and I had such a good time reading it. It was funny, sweet and spicy but we also had a dose of mystery and action that I completely love.

I loved both of the main characters. Alisa was strong and independent (something that I enjoy in FMC'S) and Declan was just...well he started as the usual playboy but for me he's just a sweetheart honestly.

The plot of the book was really interesting and intriguing and I just think that the book gets better and better the more you read. And that little twist?...well I loved that!

Thank you to Victoria for sending me a copy in exchange of an honest review!💖

So good! It was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy ! The way this caught my attention right away is crazy, I finished it in 1 day! I was feeling every emotion and it was just so juicy I couldn’t put it down! The back and forth between Alisa and Declan and their chemistry just built up the story to the point I was in the edge of my seat!

This book was....different. It was definitely not what I thought it was going to be. Usually when there is a shifters they still have humanish babies. Well when they were discussing it in this book they definitely laid eggs. I wanted to delve further into this. I was very intrigued. Does the shifter lay the egg in dragon form? Does she stay in dragon form for the majority of the time until she has the egg? Is there multiple eggs or just one. I know that from reading the story that she definitely didn't stay in dragon form despite an egg growing in her body so I want to know the science behind that. Also there apparently is only one egg? So I guess it kinda follows human biology there? This was probably the most interesting part of this story for me. I was slightly obsessed with figuring this out. On the other hand the rest of the story had quite a few hic cups for me. Like the fact that they made the race thing weird. I know people hate discussing this but as someone who this affects on a regular basis sometimes, it is important that nuance is followed. With this one it was strange how they had a conversation about the fact that the MMC was a dragon...and they mainly tend to be focused in Ireland but he's black. Then they focused on the fact that he had a preference for felines (mainly lionesses) since they tend to come from Africa. It was just...weird to insert something that didn't seem to be a main focus. The author tended to stray away from describing the skin tones of the characters only to make that a focal point. Not to mention in the conversation that the characters had, they almost made it weird that this was something that he liked. It was such a weird thing that when the MMC brought up his parents, and having a half sister, I really wanted to have a discussion on it since it was so weirdly brought up. This makes me want to have a discussion on black women and the lack of them in so many of the books I read. The fact that right now there is an influx of black MMC in stories but a distinct lack of black women is really kind of irritating to me. I won't discuss it more than that here since me bringing it up in the first place, mainly had to deal with being in the context of the story. That'll be a different post for a different day. Back to the story, I didn't like the way the FMC acted. She was upset and angry with the MMC and was truly acting silly imo when it came to dealing with the fact that they were fated mates. After having a conversation with her grandmother and her father about the whole situation with her mother, she should have had a different response to being with someone as a fated mate as opposed to a chosen one. It made me very upset with her and her reactions afterwards.

The spice in this book was ok. It was also another highlight of the story for me. The chemistry between these two when it came to the spice was nice. I gave it a 4 out of 5. As for the overall story...it is closer to a 3 out of 5 for me. I didn't really care for a lot of the things that the FMC did. The way that things just seemed to jump all over the place was a lot. I think the author was trying to do a little too much when she already had a great set up. Adding in the golden dragon thing with the witches and the curse and all that was not needed. Especially when we were already dealing with the father issue along with the fact that he kinda worked under her dad and the best friend being the step brother. That was enough. This book was short and all that information was just over kill and made me just want the whole thing to end sooner than later. I probably would not recommend this book to others since for me it was just a very all over the place book. As always though, remember that this is just how I felt about the book and you should definitely give it a read yourself to see how you like it!

GIVING THE DRAGON ICE is the second instalment in Victoria Jayne’s contemporary, adult ELEMENTAL DRAGONS paranormal, romance series. This is gold fire dragon shifter / bartender Alisa Roberts, and teal ice dragon shifter Declan Quinn’s story line. GIVING THE DRAGON ICE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual omniscient third person perspectives (Declan and Alisa) GIVING THE DRAGON ICE follows in the wake of the fated mating of our story line couple. Fated mates between dragon shifters is rare, and the gold dragon shifter is even rarer but when Alisa’s dragon goes into heat, she finds herself in the throes of passion with a dragon she doesn’t know. Enter Declan Quinn, teal dragon shifter, and the man who answers Alisa’s call to mate but all is not well in the world of the supernatural, and Alisa’s line of gold dragons has been cursed by a coven of Ember witches in the wake of a former, perceived betrayal. As Declan and Alisa journey together into the unknown, Alisa is targeted for someone else’s sins.

The world building focuses on family and dysfunctional family dynamics both within the world of the dragon shifter and powerful witches. Alisa lost her mother at an early age, and she has spent her life in hiding with her grandmother who feared a curse placed on her family line. Meanwhile, Alisa will go on the hunt for the family she never knew, only to discover they are closer than she could have ever imagined.

The relationship between Alisa and Declan begins as fated mates but Alisa wants nothing to do with a relationship predicated upon magic and DNA but fate had other plans for our story line couple, and they will have to take precautions in an effort to protect their family and futures. The $ex scenes are aggressive and impassioned.

The secondary and supporting characters include Gideon and Ella (Giving the Dragon Fire 1); Alisa’s grandmother Lilian: her father Duncan Hayes, witch Josephine; witch Felicity; and Declan’s mother Sonya.

GIVING THE DRAGON ICE is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, secrets and lies, acceptance and love. The premise is intriguing, magical and captivating; the romance is fated and provocative; the characters are desperate and enchanting.

I’d read the first book in this new series (Giving the dragon Fire) which I loved. So I was looking forward to reading the next in the series.

Alisa is a gold dragon and is in town to meet her father, who she has never met before.

Declan is a teal dragon. He’s also a real player, ladies flock to our MMC, and he’s loving the lifestyle. He’s also a dragon that works for Alisa’s father!

Alisa hates witches with a vengeance! Declan’s best friend is a witch! (Can you see the situation here?) I did mutter “uh oh” out loud when I read that part.

And then being together sets Alisa’s curse off! The witches that want her 💀 now have Declan in their sights too! But unfortunately now they are mated Alisa can’t walk away and save Declan.

Fated mates is a real favourite genre of mine (the whole idea of a destined soul out their that is just for you, makes me swoon 😜)

We get to catch up with Ella and Gideon (Giving the Dragon Fire) which I always like (don’t like it when previous couples just disappear!) and there was a twist that I didn’t see, but I absolutely loved.

But saying that, you don’t have to read in order to appreciate this book. You won’t really miss anything (except a cute couple) if you start here.

As with the last book, it flows really well. We have steam, humor, danger, fated mates,, and a new family, it has enough spice to keep you hooked 😜 and plenty of drama to keep you turning the pages well past your bedtime. I was totally hooked, and didn’t stop until I was done.

So, will Declan aid his new mate in her quest for vengeance against the witches? Can Alisa’s curse be broken?

Oh and be prepared to cry towards the end….

I’m looking forward to the next book.

*arc received. All thoughts are my own.

Giving the Dragon Ice is Book Two in the Elemental Dragon’s series and it is such a sweet and spicy read.

Alisa came to the city with the intention of meeting her father. She did not expect to uncover a dark family secret, a curse bestowed on her blood line by a strong yet petty witch, and a mate who is willing to risk it all to ensure that their future together is a bright one. Declan just wants to be the head of a lion harem, he truly does not believe that he is asking for too much, but when he is compelled to answer the mating call of a female dragon all of his plans change immediately. As the both come to terms with the changes in their life plans, Alisa and Declan find themselves in a desperate race against the clock to facedown the very source of her families pain and suffering before it has the chance to steal her furutre.

Declan is such an adorable sweetie and no one could ever make me hate him. The way that he gives with the flow of their mating and jumps all into the relationship, while also respecting her enough to give her space to process is wonderful. Declan actions regarding Alisia and her peace of mind is such a green flag, and the protectiveness he has over her is adorable. I think one of the things I am coming to love about this series is how accepting everyone is of one another. It would be easy for some of theses characters to hold grudges against one another but they way that they are welcoming makes my heart so happy.

I really enjoyed book 1 in this series so reading book 2 was a no-brainer for me. We were introduced to Declan Quinn as Gideon’s friend in book 1, and he also works for Arach Jewelry in marketing. Declan’s element is Ice, but he is in no hurry to find his true mate in order to obtain it. Declan is content playing the field with any and all shifters as he continues to fulfill his duty when a female dragon call is heard. Alisa Roberts is also a dragon shifter, a golden one, the rarest of dragons, but she isn’t looking for a mate either – she travels to the City to look for her father. Raised by her grandmother from the age of 9 after her mother’s death, Alisa is in search of answers from her father despite her grandmother’s protests. Alisa finds her father and a whole lot more than she ever imagined – both good and bad. And there are witches – did I mention how much I dislike witches? Other than Felicity, who is a friend to Ella (from book 1 and this book) and to Declan. It was a surprising story line as it was equally about Alisa’s discoveries as Declan’s journey and has the likeability of book 1, even with annoying witches again. The books to come in this series are going to be One-Click purchases for me for as long as the series goes on.

Some positives for anyone interested, this book gets right into things. First chapter, the FMC is already engaging in part of the book’s plot description. Chapter Three already has some of the major events going on, so you really jump right into the story. There’s no waiting 100 pages, or even 50 pages, to actually get into the story.

This book also has a biracial couple as well as two different types of dragons. It’s an urban fantasy that features shifters of all kinds, more than just different types of dragons, and it also has witches.

If you like dragons, witches, urban fantasy, spice, or romance, this book could potentially be right up your alley.

Unfortunately, this one is going to be a DNF for me. There’s not anything wrong with the book, it’s more so that it’s just not for me. While I wanted to read the whole book, especially because the plot description sounded so good, I decided it would be more fair for the author if I did not continue.

Don’t let the fact that it wasn’t for me sway you in any way. Note: I stopped reading around the 30% mark.

Thank you very much to Victoria Jayne for an ARC of this book.

𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐜𝐞 is the 2nd book in the Elemental Dragons series by Victoria Jayne, continuing this spicy fated mates journey with Declan and Alisa, with an opposites attract vibe of fire and ice dragons getting together. This book had so much more than the drama and passion of the couple going on! Watching Declan evolve from the consummate playboy to the protective mate was fun, as he could bring the heat and be ready to throw down for Alisa, too! Alisa, our sassy fire dragon, was on a mission of self-discovery to get to the bottom of some major family secrets that lead to a face-off with a vindictive Ember Witch, a generational curse, and some intriguing twists and turns that brought many of the characters together in a heartwarming found family sense as they fought for what was meant to be. Every character was engaging in this one, even the witch I despised!😅 Anyone who reads my reviews knows how much I love epilogues, and this one was great, but I just needed to see a little bit further ahead! You’ll understand why when you read!😉 I look forward to reading the next book soon!

Declan and Alisa are fated lovers with a unique twist. Alisa comes to the city looking to connect with the father she never knew. She’s a Golden Dragon, the rarest of the species. Declan is an Ice Dragon who isn’t looking to settle down. But when he answers a mating call, both he and Alisa are in for a passionate ride full of twists and turns. When Alisa learns about a curse, the same powerful witch who interfered in Declan’s friend Gideon’s fate is now their nemesis. She wants Alisa dead. Declan refuses to let that happen. This is a page-turner that weaves a tight tale of family relationships and fated love. The characters are all relatable in this fantasy where shifters and humans coexist. Ms. Jayne’s world is intriguing, drawing you into Alisa and Declan’s destiny and grabbing your heart. I highly recommend Giving the Dragon Ice. Put it on your TBR list. You won’t be disappointed.

If you're looking for a quick read with intense romance and dragon shifters - look no further!

I really enjoyed this book and all of the characters. Though i didn't read book 1, I wasn't left confused with any of the plot or characters (Gideon, Ella and Felicity were all introduced in book 1) but warning there ARE a few spoilers to book 1 in this one. If you don't mind that, carry on!

Declan is such a sweetheart. He really cares for Alisa, despite her fleeing habits. I loved the relationship he has with his parents and how supportive they are throughout their bonding. Alisa is a strong female lead but crushes when it comes to Declan. Her acceptance of their bond was my favorite part, and I really loved the ending.

All-in-all it was a very sweet, fiery dragon shifter book that I recommend!

Alisa Roberts is the last of the golden dragons in her family line. She came to Manhattan to meet the father she never knew Duncan Hayes. Her grandmother told her he is the reason her mother was murdered by the witch council.

Delcan Quinn is a teal ice dragon and has as no plans on settling down. Delcan is at the bar with two shifters, and he hears the dragon calling at the mating grounds, he tries to ignore it but ends up going. He meets Alisa at the grounds, and they rut, and she gets mad at him, and he bites her.

This is a story of two dragons who meet at the mating grounds turns out to be fated mates. There is an old witch who feels Alisa line should end.

Sweet love story and with old witch vendetta who didn't get the mate she wanted.

A very sweet dragon romance

I loved this book even more than the first one.

This is Declan and Alisa's book.

Alisa is a golden fire dragon shifter who was raised by her grandmother after her mom was cursed and killed by a witch.

Determined to meet her father, Alisa moves to Manhattan to find him and ends up meeting her fated mate along the way.

Fair warning, there is on-page spice. It's graphic, but it's very sweet and loving.

These books are quick easy reads with a fast pace. I was immediately hooked and didn't want to put it down. Even though there is magic and shifters, it has a contemporary vibe with a modern-day setting. I'd recommend it to fans Katee Robert's Neon Gods.

I won't spoil the ending, but I will say that I got teary-eyed and can't wait for book 3.

This story has pain, fate, secrets, and steam.

If you have not read the below, they are part of this series. If you like reading the series in order you should grab those books(s) first:
Giving The Dragon Fire (Elemental Dragons #1)

This is Alisa and Declan’s story. Witches cursed a line of gold dragons. Alisa is a gold dragon and when she mated the curse took effect. She is looking for her father but finds a mate along the way. But mating brought out the curse. Can she fix the curse and if so at what cost to her and her mate? You get back story of the dragons and the witches who made the curse. Can she find her family and where were they when she needed them? Can they fix the curse? What about being mated? Will they survive all the pain and heartbreak to move forward together? Or is this the end?

I recommend this book.

This is my first time reading this author and I really enjoyed this book 📖 for me it was a quick read that was packed with information.

Alisha is a dragon shifter that's moves to another city to meet her father and ends up meeting her Fated mate.

Declan is a dragon male that was enjoying hus bachelor life lol. But when Alisha calls for him he goes and realizes that she was everything he didn't know he wanted.

After some ups and crazy situations they make it through with the love of her grandmother.

The only thing I wish is that we could have seen what her baby dragon looked like? Are they golden or teal.. I died a little not know but overall great read.

I can't wait to read the next one.

This was such a spectacular story, so original and interesting. I love a good shifter story and Victoria Jayne is such a great storyteller. I love how Ella and Gideon were brought into Alisa and Declan story and how they were intertwined unbeknownst to them. This story gave me everything I wanted and more, it has drama, laughter, excitement, danger, love, steam and family. I highly recommend this series in order and starting with “Giving The Dragon Fire” which is Ella and Gideon's story, but this book can be read as a standalone.

This dragon paranormal romance is a fabulous combination of sweetness, steam, humor, danger, fated mates, drama, family, and with a twist from the usual paranormal romance. I like that the story has a diverse group of humans and paranormals, including young adults, a biracial couple, and a quirky witch. The story pulls readers in with tension, plot points, character and world building, and a whole lot of delicious smut. The passion between the MCs was sizzling hot. The story is intriguing and keeps your attention and the pages turning. I enjoyed the story and recommend you give it a try if you like fun, spicy, paranormal romance.

3.5 star rating for this second instalment from Victoria Jayne

While I immensely enjoyed the pacing, thrill, connection, plot, and development over the second half of Giving the Dragon Ice, the first half didn’t make me feel invested in the characters, and it’s plotting felt very vague and confusing.

Having said that, this book has heart, heat, and drama woven throughout. Seeing Alisa and Declan fight for their bond and future was thrilling! I loved the detail paid to their dragon half and the world of the supernatural that was created.

Overall an enjoyable experience and definitely a series I’d love to continue to read.

Absolutely was wonderful paranormal romance between Alisa and Declan. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was intense and the chemistry between them was spectacular and romantic. The physical attraction between them was strong tension as they were fate mate. They couldn’t fight the temptation anymore as their emotions were was all over the place as they were overwhelmed with feelings and they might be falling in love with each other in this moment. I definitely recommend this book and you won’t be disappointed. I received advance copy of this book via Bookfunnel and am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion. Trina Jones

My obsession with this series just keeps increasing! These books are so good!

Declan and Alisa's story was spicy, sweet, and full of suspense.

The details of this world, especially in this installment, are so specific and precise that at points it has me convinced that we are living in a world of shifters.

I love the mate bond with these two MCs and watching how they process it. Also, I found Declan 's growth/acceptance adorable. He went from "ummmmm" to "aweeee" in a very short amount of time, I loved it.

I'm excited to keep digging into this world for the next installment!

Overall: highly recommend

Giving the Dragon Ice is a fated mates story following Declan and Alisa
~
Alisa is strong willed in nature and the sass she brought out with her dragon had me chuckling. She had a tough path of discovery but I absolutely loved the found family element within this book
~
Declan’s golden retriever energy brought such a light/positive vibe to this story and I adored it! He is the type of supportive, adoring partner every girl needs!
~
There was so much happening in this book, it was absolutely jam packed with drama and intensity. It has a beautiful HEA and the spice?! God damn 🥵

Alisa has grown up hating the man who fathered her. He abandoned her mother, found his fated mate and went onto have another family. Now her mother is gone and Alisa can't decide if she wants to know her father or not.

Declan, playboy dragon shifter, best friend of Gideon and loyal employee of Arache Jewellery. He is rocked to the core when he realises that Alisa is the sister of his bestie. Can he reconcile the siblings or the parent-daughter bond?

I love the whole premise of the female mating call and the males who turn up to "assist". Those Ember Witches have been meddling again and we soon find out they have caused untold heartache and the hate goes back for generations.

There were a couple of twists when we learn of what instigated the Ember Witches hatred of golden dragons. Ailsa also got in the way of her HEA and I really wanted to strangle her at times, lol. I thought the scenes with Duncan were some of the most emotionally raw and I really wanted to give her a cuddle and tell her everything would be ok.

There were some darker themes discussed thought the book so that made the HEA that bot more hard-won and I really loved getting to know Alisa. Declan was actually a really sweet guy under all that playboy! And his parents were awesome.

Looking forward to book #3!

I LOVED this exciting tale. Declan is a teal dragon shifter who is having the time of his life playing the field. Alisa is a golden dragon shifter who is I town to meet her sperm donor. What she never expected to happen was to meet her fated mate. Poor Alisa has so much on her plate, but destiny will not be denied. I was rooting for them from the start. A rollercoaster of emotions.

5⭐️ read 4.3 🌶️spice

The Elemental Dragons Book series
Is such a fun series to read you get a little bit of everything but this one right here giving the dragon ice took off with flying colors lol within a few chapters.

This story follows Declan and Alisa. This one along with the rest of the series is very fast-paced. It had me hooked from the first few chapters. If you're wondering if there’s any spice yes, yes there is lol a lot is going on in this one with each chapter there’s seriously something to keep you busy and wanting more from this read.

I love the fact that all the characters from the series knew each other and pops up at random moments. It’s one of the best-found families

There’s humor some banter drama and of course spice. Overall it’s a great read for all fantasy and romance lovers it’s also good for anyone who’s just getting into fantasy romance books with supernatural beings.

It’s not hard to keep up with and you get a lot of funny and good moments in this story. I would recommend this to all fantasy and romance readers

Was a good read, good strong main characters. Independent and not a continuation of the 1st book. You are introduced to the MMC in the first novel but meeting Alisa a strong independent woman who adds a lot of life to this story when she comes along looking for the truth in her family history only to encounter more than she thought possible.
