An enjoyable browse while staying at a b-i-l's bach (holiday cottage) The photos are incredible & made every burger look mouthwatering!

Good tips & what look to be easy to follow recipes. The vegetarian ones in particular look very imaginative.

I have the onion relish recipe noted down to try.

I'm intending to buy my own copy - & I now rarely buy cookbooks!

Edit: Bought this. Have made the onion relish twice & it was as good as it looks. Followed the basic tips & yes definitely enjoyed a better burger!

The burgers seem inspired but the intro and recipes are lacking a lot of information on things like fat to muscle ratio that would really allow homecooks to make these recipes their own.

I love that the burgers are cut in half. It's a great way to present them and you can how the burger should look. There are some very fancy burgers here.
