Fantastic MC Read
The Devil’s Riot MC series has been nothing but spectacular and this book was no different. Gwyneth was the perfect lead in this story. I loved how she was a strong female pulling herself out of an abusive upbringing and now was leading a life where she helped others and knew how to defend herself. But when things got real, she turned to the club for help. Bruiser wanted nothing more than to make this woman his to protect.
This was an action packed who-done-it with plenty of steam which made this book hard to put down. I highly recommend this book and I look forward to the next book in this series.

Bruiser and Gwyneth's story is a fast paced, MC romance and it held my attention from the first page until the last. These two go through a lot in this book but it made this a page turning read. The characters are strong and well developed and the story is packed with action, suspense, drama, steam, and much more. After that ending I can't wait to read the next book. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

BRUISER’S RECKONING is the seventh instalment in EC Land’s contemporary, adult DEVIL’S RIOT MC: SOUTHWEST erotic, MC romance series. This is paramedic Gwyneth Haney, and MC treasure Dorian ‘Bruiser’ Gentry’s story line. BRUISER’S RECKONING can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but for back story and cohesion I recommend reading book six SAVAGE’S HONOR.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Bruiser and Gwyneth) BRUISER’S RECKONING follows in the wake of the discovery of a possible betrayal. While hunting down a source, Bruiser will overhear a threat against our story line heroine,a threat that may be connected to someone else. Gwyneth Haney believes the threat to herself is nothing but a ruse until someone she loves is killed, and the path leads back to a familiar face. Taking a leave of absence, Gwyneth finds herself under the protection of the Devil’s Riot MC, where she will find herself pulled into the aura that is our story line hero. What ensues is the quick building romance and relationship between Bruise and Gwyneth, and the potential fall-out as betrayal comes from someone close.
The world building focuses on the South American cartels, human trafficking, jealousy and betrayal, family and vengeance. As the Devil’s Riot MC rally around their most vulnerable, Gwyneth must sacrifice herself to save someone else.
The relationship between Gwyneth and Bruiser is one of immediate attraction but our heroine struggles with her loss of independence, and the possible identity of the people responsible for the threats to her life. Under Bruiser’s guardianship and protection, Gwyneth finds herself falling for a man who is will to go above and beyond. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful secondary and supporting characters many of whom we me in the previous instalment. We are introduced to Gwyneth’s brother Simon, and their grandfather, father and step-mother.

Whoa! What an action packed story! This book was a little longer than most other in the series but it never dragged or got boring! I absolutely loved the FMC! She was feisty and fiery BUT wasn't stupid! She knew when to keep her mouth shut and trust in the people around her! Bruiser loved being able to put her in her place but was also respectful of her past and her strong willed spirit! These 2 worked together well to get to the root of the problem. This book brings some conclusions to issues developed over the series but also leaves some new mystery to continue! Bruiser s strong and takes no crap.
There are a few minor editing and grammar issues that pop up but everything is mild and easy to read through. There is some rewriting of a side character that we learned about in previous books and the introduction of a character we never knew so that is a bit of an adjustment but you realize why the author did it as the story progresses.

For some reason I expected Gwyneth to be a meek woman but I was so pleasantly surprised! She is a fierce woman who doesn’t take anyone’s crap. She’s strong and very able to take care of herself but is also strong enough to ask for help. That is so rarely seen in books so it was very refreshing seeing a main character know their limits and be adult enough to ask for help. Even though they got off to a semi rocky start, I’m glad Hammer got Bruiser to see the light before he royally messed up and lost his woman. The storyline, action, suspense, everything was a great continuation of previous books. EC does a phenomenal job of making the stories continue but also not making it feel like you’re lost if you decide to pick up a book mid series. Cant wait for Cy’s book!

Gwyneth is most certainly a force to be reckoned with and Bruiser has his work cut out for him! Gwyneth is fabulous! She's fierce and loyal and exactly what Bruiser needs. But you know it's never that easy with these guys. There's always danger and darkness lurking in the shadows just waiting for them to let their guard down. Bruisers Reckoning is a great, fast-paced, quick, one sitting read!

Gwyneth tough,sassy, and can take care of herself, when she finds herself not needing it but has the club protection. Bruiser tough, sexy, and when he meets her he has met his match. When they find out her brother is trying to keep her safe they step in to protect them both, but they have to find the man after her and that is easy. Will they find the man before its too late? Or will they be too late? A tear jerker, action packed, steamy, emotional read that will suck you in and keep you on the edge wanting more. I can't wait to read what she has next.

I couldn't love this book anymore. Bruiser has to be an absolute favourite for me when it comes to the MC guys. He just has this cockiness about himself yet he is so endearing to the women in his life.
Alittle sad he went through that loss and the effect it had on Gwyneth I could understand his grief though his rage was misguided and I'm glad that Hammer is such a good Prez that he told him like it is.
Always love a little brutality with my reading so it made for a great ending and I can't wait for the next one.

Gwen's life is in danger when her parents agree to trade her in exchange for their debt to someone. Simon, her brother, is trying to infiltrate the MC instead of turning her over. When Gwen finds out, she takes Simon to the MC to tell them. There are instant sparks between her and Bruiser and when the MC takes over her protection he becomes her shadow. Super steamy, with tons of action and family secrets revealed.

I loved this book! The characters caught my attention and held it to the very end. Their story kept me glued to my kindle. I had to know what was going to happen next. Never a dull moment with them. They keep you on your toes as you are reading. The chemistry, banter, danger, secrets and more! Perfect combination to keep you totally immersed in the book. Great way to spend the evening reading! Highly recommend!.

Comeuppance.
This story focuses on Paramedic Gwyneth Haney and Devil’s Riot MC Treasurer Dorian “Bruiser” Gentry. Their introduction started in Savage’s Honor book 6. Sex trade and drugs that the MC is fighting when their women are being targeted. Although book 6 is traumatic, book 7 is about righteous justice and giving the evil their comeuppance. I love Gwyn’s personality and the fact she volunteer instructs self defense. I like the happy ending in the story even if there were several sad events.

The main character of this story,Gwyneth, takes after all of the old ladies from all the chapters. She is tough,smart,knows what she wants and takes it. When she is in danger because of her”mother”, she goes to the source and makes her brother apologize for any trouble. She sees Bruiser and is in lust, but so is he.
They soon have mutual respect for each other and along the way they fall for each other. Everything comes to a head and Bruiser will do anything for Gwyneth and his family.

This has hands down an amazing read full of different emotions and twists and turns, this is the story of Bruiser & Gwyneth and the things they had to go through. It happens to be a page turner from the beginning Gwyneth has a lot of Sass and doesn't back down, while he happens to be total Alpha male and he almost goes crazy when he lost something deal to him but the club and her is what helped him pull through this one does have many emotions but highly recommended.

A wonderful MC story. We follow Bruiser and Gwyneth, they are each other's opposites, because she is not a kitten that you can handle without gloves, she is fierce and doesn't shy away from her words and gives Bruiser a lot of resistance... so they fit together and he needs that someone. who pushes back. They deal with danger, action, drama and ohh so much steam. A wonderful series.

Another good book for an afternoon read.
The story flowed smoothly and was well written.
The characters had very romantic moments and chemistry between them.
There is loads of action and intrigue for readers.
I would recommend this book to others who read this type of book.

Loved Bruiser and Gwyneth's read! She was exactly what he needed, she was sassy, tough, independent and took no $h!t from anyone. She did what was needed of her to get to exactly where she wanted to be. He of course was in no way looking for a woman at all, but then sassy Gwyn came along and changed his mind with one conversation. This poor club has been through so much, and this read there is more on their way. Can't wait for the next read, I'm hooked on this series.

This series just keeps getting better, always keeping you on the edge of your seat. Loved Gwyneth's character, Bruiser was a piece of work assuming a lot of things when it came to Gwyneth in the beginning. But l loved how their story played out. Looking forward to the next book.

This I’d the seventh book in theDevil’s Riot MC: Southeast series. It’s a fast paced, easy to read romance. The action, drama and suspense kept me entertained all the way through. The characters are so likable, especially Gweneth. She’s a force to be reasoned with. What an amazing addition to an equally amazing series!

Wow, this book was beyond amazing. It moves along at a pace that makes for an easy and very enjoyable read. The characters are so real that you cannot help but fall in love with them. This book will not disappoint and needs to be read, there is no doubt about it. It is a must read and has to be on your TBR list. You will not be sorry.

This was a great MC romance. It was a well written story that gripped me right from the beginning. The story had some dark moments and I do recommend reading the trigger warning before going in but I absolutely loved it. Gwyneth and Bruiser had great chemistry and I really enjoyed reading their story.

Gwen is a strong woman. She has suffered in her life and she works to empower other women to protect themselves. She is also a dedicated EMT with a caring heart.
Bruiser is a family man. He will do anything for his family. Dealing with the man after Gwen puts his family in danger. Choosing between them isn't something he intends to do.

Gwyneth is a badass. I liked how she could take care of herself but also know when she needed help and wasn't afraid to ask for it. That's where Bruiser comes in. She opens her mouth, and sass comes out, and Bruiser falls for her. This was such a good read. Action, drama, suspense, and of course romance. I definitely recommend this book.

Bruiser and Gwenyth’s story is a fantastic addition to the ever expanding universe EC Land is creating.
Tons of action, suspense, mystery and intrigue along with super spicy good stuff.

If the action doesn't keep you glued to the pages maybe trying to figure out just who's pulling the strings will. I love how protective Bruiser is over Gwyneth and the lengths he'll go to just to keep her safe. Once again Ms.Land knocks my socks off w/ her continuous rocking stories.

I love all of the books in this series and I think this is one of my top favorites. The drama and tension is just right and Bruiser and Gwyn are among my favorite couples now. A must read! No spoilers

Bruiser is one hunk of a biker, wow! Gwyneth is a very sassy woman. These two are on a collision course. There is so much action with these two, you won’t be able to put this down until it’s read. I highly recommend this, plus the rest.
