This was a really informative read from Kate Rowe-Ham. I would definitely recommend to those who are peri-menopause, or think they are having menopausal symptoms. I’ve been in premature menopause since I was 23. Today I started the 30 day plan! The workout wasn’t pretty, I struggled and only managed 3 rounds but the main thing is that I have started!!
