What a wonderful, informing, and delicious cookbook. Really does the world staple justice. I’m sure there are nooks and crannies not covered but none come to mind. The highest complement I can give a cookbook is to buy it and add to my limited shelf space. Done!

Great work on Rice. I was a bit concerned about the author's praise for good technology and other demonstrations of limited scope for development. Worth returning to as a reference. If you get past the the gmo part it's a must on the subject.
