Loved it! My theme for this month in the library at school is baseball so I plan read this to the kids. I’m excited.

This was such an inspiring and encouraging book that made me smile while bringing tears to my eyes! It was the perfect gift for my little nephew to teach him about disabilities and how we are all uniquely made by God.

A very sweet story about including kids with disabilities. Simple and not over-the-top in its approach. I read it to my neurotypical kid and it was a good conversation starter to talk to her about her neurodiverse brother's different abilities than hers.

I do not have a child with a disability, but this book has been so impactful in my own family. It’s opened up conversations with my kids about disability and showing empathy and kindness to everyone, regardless of their abilities. Parents, teachers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends…we all need this book and the lessons that it teaches.

This is a book about a boy learning to value and love people who aren’t like him-not because his mom tells him to-but because he makes a friend. I am excited to read this with my kids and talk about things they are great at and can offer help and talk about things they experience difficulty with and being ok accepting help. This book is so kind and I’m glad I own it.

Such a sweet book, perfect for curious kids asking questions about our differences. I loved how accepting the children are, and the great message about God at the end.

A sweet story and not quite as "in your face" as some.
