I picked this up at the library after i saw that eat everything in your pantry challenge announced in the paper. I am totally impressed with it, the recipes are awesome, and totally stuff you can do with things you may have lying around.

This book is chock full of ideas and recipes using foods that are probably already in your pantry and/or root cellar. Most are very simple. There are also tips on how to stock a pantry.
