Rate this book
What happens when a beautiful, fiery black woman and a "strong black man" fall in love? In her incredibly provacative first novel, Robyn Williams powerfully explores these passions, desires and fears that crupt. She melds explosive passion, croticism, greed, violence and pain into a dynamic, electrifying and climatic entanglement."Love with a twist... quick, give me a cool drink! Good Read

This was an excellent and brought back memories of my college years. I loved the story and was enthused to recognize the setting of the book as well as other known people places and things.

This book is a classic! I was captivated by the story of Imagany Renfroe when I was just out of high school and to this day, I still think of her. She has the smarts and wit, the beauty and ambition plus the coolest best friend and the hottest romance. It's a great read then and now!
