I appreciated the unique perspective of somebody who lived the very dawn of the home computer age. We're not talking IBM PC, we're talking about all that happened BEFORE even that monumental shift. Kit computers, the first computer stores, early challenges, problems, excitements and of course -- the characters (like Steve Jobs) that weaved in & out of Stan's own personal story.
It's technically minded, but not overly so. If you have any interest in the history of the micro computer... you will likely find this book charming and fascinating.
