Powerful even though it is quite dated it still packs a punch. Probably Rollins best spoken word novels and its right up there with Get in the Van. A must for any fan.

Bought this from Henry himself in 1986 I think. Evil evil dark poetry and general ramblings. Back then I thought he would kill a man just to sink his teeth into their neck and taste some salty blood. Now I know better, he's intense but also has a lighter side. You won't find that lighter side in this collection. ...more

1. Él debió haber tenido un blog desde siempre
2. Teniendo en cuenta la manera en que escribe, no debería apurarme en conseguir sus libros y debería leer pedaceria en internet, no pasaría nada

Diese 'Sammlung ausgewählter Poesie' ist einfach nur schlecht. Erzwungene Kunst eines gestörten Kopfes, dessen Lösung all seiner Probleme in der Ausrottung aller Menschen zu liegen scheint. Völlig daneben! ...more

I think a lot of this was included in the "Portable Rollins" collection that initially turned me off his writing some years ago. Just too repetitive, especially with the overuse of the words "annihilation" and "incineration." ...more
