A good introduction into the issues that can occur when families share space. The author stresses the need for communication between all parties.

Great suggestions for families with financial resources of $500,000 and up who can afford land or large houses with remodeling, or duplexes, or building cottages/garage apartments or buying homes near each other. Otherwise, forget it. A painful read.

This book reveals the pros and cons of multigenerational living. Our family has had 4 generations under one roof, after years of an assisted living facility, and I wish we had found this information before those years went by.

Shelves: nonfiction
Since there aren't many books on the topic, I tried to read this one despite the warnings. It is definitely written for people with lots of money, space, spouses and children.
