💙 My heart broke the minute Mason slid his arm around my waist and I stood before my father. Harm watched. My heart shattered. I'm am here to do a job. Hanola's words replay through my mind, over and over. This is his only chance, Harm's only chance, if we are to change things for the better. I just pray that I don't lose him in the process.
Imani is gone. Mason took her. His breaths are numbered… Hanola has me working with my hands, running around her sector preparing for a fight. Callian is my constant shadow, as if the prospect of me being alone with her, is too dangerous. I just want this to be over. I want Imani back. 🩶 I stare into the eyes of my commander, praying my gaze doesn't falter. Praying he can't read the thoughts careening through my mind. He has to believe me or it's over. For me and Imani. I can't let that happen, I made a promise to bring her home. And I will do whatever it takes to keep it.
WOW. This author never ceases to amaze me .. from book one to nook three?? I swear it just got so .. not better because it started that way(; but just got invested into the characters and stories. Definitely everyone should check out this series’
Fall of the Sands is the third book in the Sands of Ruin series by R.m Muller. I really enjoyed that Masons POV was included in this book to get more of his storyline included. Also the queen of cliffhangers does it again making us question what’s going to happen. I’m excited to read the fourth and final book in this series.
R M.Muller, we need to talk about how to end a story, because that, was mean 🤣 This is one of those series which just gets better with every page. The characters and their development are so rich, their changing relationships, tentative trust and the bonds between them all are magnificent. They have all matured and deepened over the books, I love that they're not perfect. Strong, fierce and insanely good warriors, but the damage done to them over the years has left them each with their own demons, all of which make them so much more relatable. Do not expect to read this with your heart intact. Sorry, but it's true! There are moments of astonishing heartbreak and some really harrowing scenes, while still fitting the YA genre. Devastating but not gruesome. The plot, fantastic! Twists and turns are an understatement, with so many outcomes I didn't see coming. This series is really special and the writing throughout is exceptional. R M Muller is a phenomenal talent. This series deserves to be read, it's in a league of its own.
Wow! Talk about another action packed book, this is 3rd in the series, plus there is also a prequel to be read after the 2nd book In this novel we follow Harm and Imani and Mason as well as some other characters as they try to make things right in their world. The novel is packed full of action. The author is very descriptive and describes settings and events well, you feel as though you are part of the book. I was hoping for resolution for these characters but as I neared the end of the book it became apparent there would be a 4th novel!! Super excited and can't wait! This is an awesome series and a must read
What a cliffhanger! This is a pretty fast paced story, but I’m here for it. Rose as a way of keeping us on edge with this story. I am loving all the characters and the story line. And can I just say can we please kill Fletcher already! He’s so evil! I’m dying with the way it ended and I need the fourth book now
The queen of cliffhangers has done it again! She's left us on the edge of our seats, begging for the next book in the series!
Fall of Sands has got to be my favorite of the series so far. The character development of all characters is top notch. The hatred we feel for the Chancellor and Fletcher, the love we feel for Imani, Harm, Mason, and so many others. The different love stories we get from each couple. I couldn't stop reading this book! Each page kept me wanting more.
I love how we get Mason's POV in this book. He is, without a doubt, my favorite character in these books. He's one of my favorite characters in any book I have read. Who doesn't love a beautiful redemption arc? I know the book more so centers on Harm & Imani but Mason and Catori are my favorite couple! I'm not so patiently waiting for book 4 of the series! 5 HUGE 🌟 to Fall of Sands

Book 3 in a fast paced dystopian adventure series. I’m surprised this series isn’t more popular. The story is really good and for readers that love Divergent, Hunger Games, Red Queen, etc those types of dystopian books they would really enjoy this one. Sometimes the transitions are a little choppy where they go from the desert to the forest and back and I wasn’t sure where they were exactly but it didn’t ruin the story for me. I can’t wait to see how it ends.
Fall of the Sands is a masterfully crafted addition to the Sands of Ruin series. Three books in and I am still constantly enthralled. There are so many new things to learn about our favorite characters. The brotherhood and found family truly bring me so much joy within this book. Love, heartbreak, betrayal, reunion. This entire book had me crying, smiling, and laughing. It truly is one of the top reads of 2024 😍
Fall of the Sands has everything you’re looking for! It had me gripped from the beginning and I truly cannot get enough of this series. The heartbreak and betrayal mixed with reunions and hope always keeps me coming back for more. Definitely one of my favorite reads so far this year😍
Wooooow. This book was everything I needed and now I need more. Book 3 does in a cliffhanger but man once again I cried. This author did such an amazing job and I can’t wait to see what book 4 brings. Most likely it will make me cry like the first 3 books did.
Fall of the Sands is an incredible continuation to the sands of ruin series.the world building is great and it’s so easy to picture the scenes and exactly what is going on.parts of this book had me sitting on the edge of my seat and at times made me emotional.I loved seeing Harm and Imani’s personal growth throughout the book and I really was ready to throw Mason in the bin but this book may of just redeemed him in my eyes.
After that Cliffhanger I cannot wait for book four!!!
I received this book as an ARC but all opinions and reviews are my own.
First of all I wanted to say thank you to author for letting me ARC Fall of the Sands! It was a great read. I really loved how the characters grew, and I’m really happy that Mason now has POV! This book made me laugh, cry, almost made me want to throw my kindle (in a good way. I’m sad that the next book is the last in the series but I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Another amazing continuation of the story! A true emotional rollercoaster. Filled with plenty of action and suspense. There were moments where I was at the edge of my seat. I love seeing some of these characters grow and show more redeeming qualities. I love the friendships and the found families in this story. Such a sense of love and loyalty. Also the betrayal made me so sad too!!
I can’t wait for the next book!! I need to know what’s going to happen next!!
Prepare for an emotional whirlwind! This book gripped my heart and wouldn't let go. The Chancellor's orders broke me, yet the world-building and character development brought me hope. Harm and Imani's journey felt like my own, each page leaving me breathless for more. With every twist and turn, the writing remained steady, pulling me deeper into the story. It is a wonderful story of love, friendship, and hope in a desolate world.
I enjoyed book 3. I didn’t think I would care to hear from Mason but he kind of grew on me. It does end on another cliffhanger & I can’t wait for book 4 to see what’s going to happen.
Yet another action packed installment by R.M Muller! You are not going to want to miss the next installment to the Sands of Ruin series! If you’ve been following Harmen, Imani and Mason’s journey this far, I already know you’ll be running to grab a copy. Working together to change the dial, unite the different sectors of the wall and overthrow a tyrant, we also witness the strength needed to maintain relationships. Can betrayals be forgiven? How much hurt is worth it? Watch out for that cliff hanger… but it is so worth it to see the development of our favorite characters as they navigate loss, healing and found purpose.
Yet another action packed book by R.M. Muller. Really enjoyed seeing Masons POV this time around. I am still amazed by this series 3 books in. However why do all of these books end on cliff hangers! I can’t wait to see what happens in the next/final book.
This is a wonderful book in the Sands of ruin series. Masons POV was amazing to read. I can not wait from more from this author. If you like dystopian cliffhanger books. Go check out book one
This one didn't grip me like the first two books did. I'm not sure why. Maybe it was reading more about Mason that kind of threw me off a little bit. Most of the action happens in the second half of the book, which could have had something to do with it as well.
There's definitely no shortage of mystery and questions you're going to want answers to. The Chancellor's depravity truly knows no bounds, and I can't wait until he gets what he deserves.
We end on a massive cliffy, and I can't believe I have to wait for the next one to come out before I can find out what the hell is going on.
Fall of the Sands is the third book in the Sands of Ruin series and the author really brings the characters to the emotional brink with this book. Imani and Harmon have been separated. It's what was keeping Imani up so many nights but she couldn't tell Harmon. Now? He and the rest of the forest clan believe that she's betrayed them to be with Mason. But only a couple know the truth, but for now Imani has to simply survive the mission and get back out. Fall of the Sands really focuses on the emotional upheaval between the characters. It's a lot of focus on their emotions and behavior in the aftermath of book two's ending. I'm not a fan of some of their behavior in particular situations but it all feeds into the storyline and pushes it forward. I get where the author is going with it even if I wasn't a complete fan of it all because some scenes felt...excessive or unnecessary due to the situation. But...they are teenagers. LOL! The ending will leave you wondering what is going to happen next and so we're definitely looking forward to what promises to be the final book. We'll see what happens because some big stuff is definitely coming and we can't wait for it.
If you have made it through the first two books, you're going to love/hate this one. It has the action of the second book, with even more character development. Expanding the points of view to include Mason. Catori, Callian, and Nirri become much more prominent characters which I feel was a good move. The story has become greater than just Imani and Harm.
I loved how seamless this book picks up from book 2. It feels like the first chapter in this book is just the next chapter from the previous book.
R.M. Muller is quite annoying good at ending her books in ridiculous cliff hangers. You get sucked into the story, the characters, and the revolution. Then there just aren't any more pages and you are, once again, put into the position of waiting to find out what happens and yet you know that the next book isn't finished yet!!!
Fall of the Sands is book #3 in the Sands of Ruin series by R.M. Muller. This book picks up where the second book Blending of the Sands left off. I love how the author has developed the characters over the span of the series and each book introduces us a little more to a new world. The addition of Mason’s POV, his character development, and the way his relationships have built is such a bonus in book #3. In addition to the romances between the characters, this series takes a deep dive into ride or die friendships and complicated family dynamics. Each character through the span of the 3 books has grown individually as they have faced adversity and grown together. Warning….the author once again leaves us with a cliffhanger! I cannot wait until the fourth book comes out!!
5/5 ⭐️ Sorry @author_rosemariemuller I have dragged out finishing this book because I knew you were going to add a finishing twist and I wasn’t ready to wait around for the finale! Well here I am, waiting for the final addition to the story. Harm and Imani are back together fighting side by side, they’ve captured Fletcher, is there hope he can still turn back to the good side? Imani wants to see him dead her father tried to kill her why are they trying to change him back? He doesn’t deserve this… I feel there was almost a tone of pharaoh and how he sent out his army to kill all the first borns. Imani and Harm will not allow these innocent children to be taken…. They need to be saved. Will they survive and take out the chancellor ?
We pick up with Imani and Mason in the tower trying to retrieve the needed information for the dial and the forest village furious that Imani betrayed them and stayed in the tower because no one knows what they were asked to do besides Hanola. If you read the novella, you would gain a better understanding of how long Mason and Imani have known each other-I highly recommend it. I enjoyed watching them get back to what they were in the beginning and Mason explaining his actions. When they get back to the forest people are awful to both of them. And the consequences of deceiving the Chancellor (who I feel like is quite mad) ripple through the entire second half of this book. While I am unhappy that it ended in another giant cliffhanger, I am relieved to know that the author will be finishing the series this year. Anymore details and the book would be spoiled!! I will be not patiently waiting for the last book-highly recommended!
Yet another cliff hanger! We pick up where book 2 leaves off. I loved the edition of Mason’s point of view. We learn how Harmen and Imani deal with the consequences of their actions from book 2. We watch them come together and build something, only to have to it ripped away again. I legit cannot wait for Fletcher to get his due, hopefully, in the last book! Our found family pushes through all the obstacles that get thrown at them, all while realizing what adulthood really is. Cannot wait to see how it all ends!
I’d like to thank the author for gifting me the e-book. All opinions are my own.
Fall of the Sands is the third book in the Sands of Ruin series and I think my favorite so far! This action packed book was fast paced, thrilling, full of twists and turns, and filled with heartache and love, making you feel all sorts of emotions while reading.
Muller has done a fantastic job with this series, and this book definitely adds to it. I can’t wait to see what book four brings, in the conclusion to this series.
I received an advance reader copy from the author, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Wow! This was another AMAZING edition to the Sands of Ruin series. Again, I could barely put it down and found myself holding my breath through most of it. The character development is flawless and the plot is captivating! More rebels, plot twists, redemption, death, forgiveness, healing, love, and betrayals wove seamlessly together in this masterpiece. Just when I thought I couldn’t love the series any more than I already did, R.M. Muller swept me off my feet and right into the midst of an even more breathtaking adventure! Beautiful job again and I’m already dying for the final book!!
R. M muller You've blown me away with this series. From book 1 this. I've loved how Imani and Mason stand together through their journey, challenges, adventures and love they found in each other this novel is action packed, emotional so don't forget to have tissues nearby. The way rose builds up her characters is fantastic and even though we get get cliff hangers which is disappointing but we'll worth the wait. Can't wait to see what book 4 brings. If you enjoy fantasy this is the series for you. I don't want to give any of the series story line away from. Book one to now.
ARC Review ✨️ ☆Action packed with high emotions¤ Wowza, this book was chefs kiss 💋 I swear this series just keeps getting better and better!!! This author managed to write another highly descriptive story, with even more astounding world building😍 In book three we get more information on the story line, which was incredible, and we also got to learn more about the characters. To be honest, I thought this one was going to be the last book of the series, but to my surprise, there will be a 4th, and I'm so dang excited for it!
