Focusing on the target area, this book provides a series of exercises for toning the body and gaining strength. Additional routines ensure the whole body is stretched and strengthened, towards overall fitness and health. Practical issues such as diet, sleep and cellulite are also addressed.
Although I finished this book, I intend to keep it out and go through it several more times to learn the exercises more completely. I really think this will help offset the amount of sitting around I have been doing lately.
