gives instructions for building only two types of benches, using metal 'truss rods' with dados cut into the wood to fit them. too complicated for me. and i didn't need the chapter on vises, or the chapter on "using a workbench".

I had to give this four stars because the writer has come up with some of the same solutions I did when I made my workbenches (grin).
