This book really gets you thinking. There are constant symbols in this book the main one is Paul because he guides George and his friends through the underground city which helped them get closer to the cursed diamond. Another symbol in this book is the maps because it brings out George and his friend’s determination to find captain kids treasure which he hid fir so long. My last symbol is George’s house because it is pathway to the underground city.
