Barely any spice in this book and what spice it had wasn’t the best. There was one time when they were all together which was at the end. Definitely didn’t feel like a reverse harem. The one she was actually arranged to marry was the one who liked her least. The 2 brothers were great.

I wanted to love this book SO BADLY. It was set up for a fantastic story.. the plot had so much more potential, though.


I HATED that Massimo wasn’t even interested in Leila for much of the book. Him being SO cold and closed off to her was such an ick.. then sees his brothers are crushing on her and decides they can “prep” her?! But not fully bang her?! Again… icky.

I also hate that it seems he was so in love with this C woman- I already forgot her name.. but seems to me that he’s hanging onto her still after all these years?!

The spice, I’d say was 2 chili peppers 🌶️🌶️ because there wasn’t enough of them… and there was only 2 full intercourse scenes. But the author was really good at descriptions when they did happen.

Massimo’s spicy scenes when they FINALLY happened wasn’t enough since he would just abruptly stop, and then when it finally did get started for them all, it skipped them and Leila was talking about it in past tense.

Especially didn’t like that it skipped a lot of her and Massimo’s relationship building once they finally seem to break the ice!

Maybe I’m reading too much spice because when I saw “reverse harem”, I was expecting more than what we got here. But again, the plot has so much more potential.. loved the idea of it but it just seemed to have holes not being filled… quite literally, actually.

Very good read, it kept me up most of the evening into the early hours, I was determined to finish before I slept.
Great characters, charismatic and so much personality.
They all gelled together so well.
Well written and beautifully descriptive.

This was such a good book! Definitely my favorite type of Mafia-style book! Low other “stuff” drama & medium spice. If you like RH, brothers, virgin FMC, this is for you!

Excellent!! My absolute favorite in the mafia series by Stephanie!! I was past the 3/4 mark and didn't realize the book was almost over. 😢 😿 😭
I was so sad. That's how good it was. I didn't want it to end.
Leila was an extremely sheltered girl from a mafia family. The book started with her at her engagement party. Unfortunately it was an arranged marriage and she didn't know her fiance, Massimo. She was also leaving right after the party to her new home with her future husband and his 2 brothers. All 3 brothers were hot and in the mafia.
Massimo wasn't nice to Leila. However his 2 brothers were. So, for the next few months Leila continued to get closer to Massimo but mostly to his brothers.
Before she knew it it was her wedding day. Even though she was closer to her fiance she was sad to realize her relationship with the 2 brothers was over. You see Massimo let his brothers teach Leila about pleasure. Everything but losing her virginity. That was for Massimo. She loved not only her husband but his brothers too.

Stephanie Brother brings a story to life and boy is this one HOT! Allegra is just an object to be bartered at the whim of her father. Having known that all of her life it still comes as a shock when she’s handed an engagement ring and then before she knows it she’s living in Chicago waiting to get married. Scared, angry and inquisitive all at the same time has led Allegra or Leilah as she likes to be called, to a very different state of mind. Learning how to live by 3 very hot brothers is confusing her and yet also giving her the confidence to live the way she has always wanted to live. Will Allegra begin a happily married life or will she give up on the chance to be truly happy?

Mafia Grooms introduces us to the innocent  Leila whom her parents arrange for her to marry Massimo, who agrees to let Leila broaden her experiences with his brothers Carmine and Stefano.

This whole series has kept me capitaved. I waited to read this series until a few books were out as Stephanie never fails to deliver a great story, and i always want more, Mafia grooms was no exception.

I loved seeing how Leila's, Stefano's & Carmine's relationship developed right from the get go. I do wish that Massimo would have been less of a jerk earlier on.

This is a story where the FMC has no choice but to marry the one chosen by her father. This is a difficult concept for most Americans to understand. A stranger is to be her husband and how would that life be like. Would she have any freedoms or be like a prisoner at home. We are used to making decisions for ourselves and not have to ask permission to do anything.

This book was abit hit and miss for me, the story itself was good however there was no building between Massimo and Leila. He was distant, and quite frankly, horrible to her. Then suddenly she loves him and they all live happily ever after… It just made no sense and had so much room to grow into the great book I know it can be..

Good Storyline but not a proper reverse harem!

Disappointing actually and I'm a big fan and owner of Stephanie Brother books. Sex scenes were veryyyyy disappointing. People who like reverse harem books, do so for one reason... SEX.. Naughty, sizzling steaming sex scenes. This book had an ok storyline but that's it. Sorry! Very Un-Stephanie-Brother like!

Different take on mafia

This book had a lot going on and I enjoyed it. The chemistry with Leila and the guys was hot but I loved how different everyone was. Leila grew the most but I loved how each guy brought out a different part of her that allowed her to find her freedom.
