This book is about, and written by John Knowles and his adventures in the outdoors fishing, hunting, hiking, and canoeing. It also has several chapters about some business ventures and other activities. He hunted and fished with some of the best in Michigan including John Volker, Paul Young, George Mason and others. He writes of his trips and adventures hunting grizzly bears in British Columbia, other large game out west; and fishing in Michigan. Some of the stories are humorous and others teach good lessons about enjoying and respecting the great outdoors.
