Who Wants to Marry a Doctor?
The Doctor Is In . . .
As a single mom and pediatrician, Sabrina Bankhead doesn't have time for romance. All that changes when she reluctantly agrees to take part in a dating show fundraiser for a children's hospital. But once she sets eyes on the journalist hired to cover the show, none of the four contestants stand a chance. If she doesn't choose one of the eligible bachelors, the hospital doesn't raise a cent. What's a lovestruck doc to do?
Investigative journalist Quinn Donnelly is on the mend after an assignment in Afghanistan left him both physically and emotionally scarred. Though he's itching to return overseas and finish his story, he'll have to be content with this fluff piece assignment to cover a local dating show. One-night stands are Quinn's forte-but after he meets Sabrina, he's ready to say yes for the long haul. After years of chasing the next big story, Quinn is starting to wonder if maybe home really can be where the heart is . . .

Hot on the heels of Who Wants to Marry a Cowboy? which I loved, comes the story of Harbin's resident pediatrician, Dr. Sabrina Bankhead and Quinn Donnelly (Meagan's brother, who we see with Cookie in Cowboy). While last time around, it was Ryley's sisters who set up an informal competition, this time we have an actual reality show, with Sabrina as the "prize" and proceeds going to raise funds for a much needed pediatric update at the local clinic.
Once again, Ms. Sharpe fools us into thinking that we're going to get a totally light-hearted romance. While much of this story is light-hearted and there are parts where you'll find yourself snickering to yourself (Troy and his tent, that's all I'm gonna say), at its heart we have the story of 2 wounded souls who don't go looking for a deep connection...but of course find it where they least expect it! I found both Sabrina and Quinn very likeable, and the supporting characters well done. I thought the story was realistic, and the characters' actions completely understandable - no outlandish plot points here. Loved Shy Ann's and Melora's bell, and I loved the twist at the end. As my mother always told me...don't judge a book by its cover.
I'll leave the rest for you to discover on your own, but I'd definitely recommend this one!

Abigail Sharpe has done it again, only a touch hotter. I completely enjoyed her first book in this series, "With This Ring" called Who Wants to Marry a Cowboy. This book however is more.
Who Wants to Marry a Doctor, has intelligent main characters with very realistic strengths and flaws. The secondary characters are well rounded, enough to like or dislike as you get to know them.
Sabrina Bankhead is a single parent, a pediatrician, and a hot intelligent lady. Quinn Donnelly is a Investigative journalist, home on leave to recuperate from mental and physical wounds gained on the battlefield. He is drop-dead gorgeous. Both characters are very dedicated to their careers, and view this reality show as a necessity that must be done for the good of the children.
As the characters become drawn to each other, learn about each other and eventually fall in love with each other, the plot and sub plots will, guaranteed, illicit giggles, smirks, anger, concern, and oh yes, the sex....hot hot thoughts. The story has been well researched, well planned and thought out and a most enjoyable read.
I am looking forward to anything that comes from the computer of this author. I enjoy her skill, her humor and her imagination.

The proof is in the laughter. Sharpe manages to make readers smile while setting the senses on fire. Sabrina and Quinn are a pocketful of sunshine that set emotions ablaze with heartwarming drama.

Scars are sexy. There, I said it. And I know I am not the only one who thinks so. Journalist Quinn Donnelly is scarred and it’s one of the things that interested me about this book. It’s not something I’ve seen a lot while reading and more and more I find myself drawn to perfectly imperfect characters. Know what I mean? Smart, sexy but a little bit physically broken. Makes them more attainable. Except for the fact they’re fictional, but that’s a problem for a different day...
Pediatrician Sabrina Bankhead hasn’t had a lot of time for or luck with men. She’s a single mother and she’s working hard to give her patients the care they need, but the facilities in her town are lacking. It’s because of that lack that she is willing to make her personal life public and participate in a charity dating show to raise funds for a children’s hospital. She doesn’t relish the idea of dating four men on TV, especially not when the man she wants is on the other side of the microphone.
Quinn Donnelly is recovering from injuries sustained while reporting in Afghanistan when he comes to Harbin, Wyoming to host Who Wants To Marry A Doctor? He’s not expecting to be mesmerized by the petite doctor currently looking for love on television. He knows he’s headed back into a war zone when this gig is finished. She knows that men always leave before committing. And they both know that falling for each will jeopardize not just the hospital, but also their hearts....
I’ll admit, I would likely have overlooked this little gem if I was judging the book by its title alone, but I am truly glad that I didn’t. From the first page, I was taken by these small-town characters and their easy banter. In particular, the playful Melora dispensing advice at her bar. What an awesome visual that gave me. I’ve never really been one to go to a bar but for a place like Shy Ann’s, I might be tempted. I really enjoyed the overall story here and quickly found myself getting attached to Sabrina and Quinn. Sabrina was smart, kind and a great match for the wounded journalist. Quinn was smart, kind and hurting – both physically and emotionally. The change in him as the book progressed was well written and gradual enough to be realistic.
Abigail Sharpe did a wonderful job illustrating that scars can be emotional as well as physical when she gave us Quinn. His struggle to overcome the stress of his time in Afghanistan adds weight to an otherwise light story and reminded me that so many people sacrifice so much to keep us safe and informed. I was grateful for that.
While I felt the book moved a little too slowly in places, I still found myself eager to read on to the end and find out what happened to Sabrina and Quinn. Like Quinn, this book was perfectly imperfect and I finished it with a smile on my face and a happy heart. Can’t ask for much more than that....except for my scarred hero to be real.
Who Wants To Marry A Doctor? is the second book in the With This Ring series and can be read as a standalone.

I like the premise of this book. The story started off really strong. Quinn Donnelly is a strong, silent type of guy. Used to action and a fast paced life who has been sidelined from his overseas assignment in Afghanistan as a result of an injury. Now he is relegated to this assignment until he has physically recovered enough to return overseas. What Quinn did not expect was to have such an immediate spark with Sabrina….and he did. The scene where Quinn walks into Shy Ann’s (local bar) and first catches a glimpse of Sabrina and Sabrina catches her first glimpse of Quinn ….you just know both Quinn and Sabrina will be having a challenge sticking to the host / participant rolls in the upcoming TV show Who Wants to Marry a Doctor? The sparks were sure flying!
Quinn won my respect when it was stated:
“Intelligence and good humor danced in her green eyes, those two things a bigger turn on than any half-dressed bar floozy.”
About ½ way through the book you can sense Quinn’s slowly changing attitudes….
”But for the life he’d chose, Sabrina could have been there with them. But that didn’t mean it couldn’t change.”
I think this is the first real sign that Quinn is falling in a meaningful way for Sabrina.
The book did follow the standard format…girl likes boy, boy likes girl, each does not admit to the other their feelings, big disappointment for each and then some event occurs where they get a chance to admit their feelings. It was a bit cliché….but then again, why mess with a winning formula. So if nothing else, this was predictable.
I appreciated the persistence that Sabrina displayed in not exposing her young son to the upheaval as a result of the TV show and her dating…..a very responsible and mature show of parenting I thought. I also enjoyed the twist between Rachel and Sabrina, which added a surprise and new dimension. And the liaisons between Quinn and Sabrina….hubba hubba….that is all I have to say. And of course, throw in an ex just to confuse things. And lest we forget, Sabrina’s sister Melora is a hoot!!! She is my all-time favorite book bartender.
The books handling of various issues such as being and unwed parent and stress disorders were handled with care and fit right into the story in a believable manner.
All in all, a predictable story but told in a very entertaining, sensual, funny, realistic manner. I look forward to the previous installment…Who Wants to Marry a Cowboy?

This is my 4 star review for Who Wants to Marry a Doctor? by Abigail Sharpe for Eskimo Princess Book Reviews.
Who Wants to Marry a Doctor is about Doctor Sabrina Bankhead, a pediatrician from a small town who agrees to do a TV show for a fundraiser for her local Children’s Hospital. She has to go on dates with local men and the votes are tallied by who gets to most money donated in their name. She is a young, beautiful, single mom and only has the children of her town’s best interest at heart. Can she go through with the show when things don’t work out quite like she had planned? What will happen when a surprising twist is added to the game?
Quinn Donnelly is a world famous journalist. He has been all over the world and was recently injured in Afghanistan while on assignment. He is young, handsome, and emotionally disconnected. He doesn’t feel like he is ready to settle down, but the chance to spend the night with the good Dr. Bankhead has its appeal. What will happen when no strings becomes so much more? Will Quinn give up on hosting the Who Wants to Marry a Doctor? Show and return to Afghanistan to finish out his mission?
I thought that the book had a lot of really funny moments but there was an equal amount of serious moments as well. Those dates, well, let’s just say that there was some “oh crap” moments, that is for sure. The writing was pretty good; the changing POV’s was nice. I liked getting both sides of the story. I loved Sabrina’s sister; she was hilarious and added so much to the story. I wouldn’t even mind reading a story about her! Overall it was a good book that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a book to read while lounging around the pool on a lazy afternoon! There are even a few moments where a cool dip in the pool might be needed to help cool your naughty thoughts!

Here's what I like most about this novel: the characters. I would love to hang out with Sabrina and her whole family, with Quinn and his sister, with the townsfolk (with only one exception, really). They seem like genuine, real people who have lived real lives away before the events of this story. (Okay, I'll admit that both the newspaper editors are perhaps more stereotypes than individuals, but that's it.)
Quinn and Sabrina are warm, caring, scarred, damaged, hopeful, giving people, and I enjoyed their two-steps-forward-one-step-back path toward love. Their path was at times hilarious, painful, awkward and heart-warming, with some really hot sex along the way.
Speaking of the naughty bits, I love that the author didn't shy away from calling the parts what they really are, instead of using the annoying and trite euphemisms so many romance novels overflow with. And the sexual encounters themselves were varied, fun and realistic.
The language of the book is direct, the author's voice is fresh, and the tone is modern. There's no sense in this novel that the main female character is incomplete without a man... or that the male protag needs to rescue her from her single-parent spinsterhood. When they get together, it's because they choose to, freely and independently.
Highly recommended for lovers of modern romance... you know, the kind without all the worn-out tropes.

The blurb is pretty accurate so I’ll jump right into my review.
One of the first things that drew me into the story was the concept. I loved the thought of the single working mom putting herself on the spot for a good cause.
I have to admit that in the beginning it was a bit hard to get into the story. The pace dragged and Quinn had a tendency to ramble repetitively about why he could get involved with Sabrina. However, once the show got on its way the story picked up pace and the romance became more interesting.
I’m not usually a fan of the insta-love scenario and although Quinn and Sabrina’s relationship developed quite fast in this story, the author made the effort of developing their connection which made them getting together easier to accept. I enjoyed their banter and their honest interactions. Their romance was predictable but enjoyable nonetheless. It helped that they shared great chemistry.
One thing I found difficult to get my head around was the abundance of characters introduced. However, once you get them sorted out, you can enjoy what they each bring to the story.
All in all, a sweet romantic read–very straight-forward with no drama.
*I received this title in exchange of my honest opinion.

The Doctor is in and stealing the show! The TV show that is. Sabrina is convinced this is a great way to raise money so pediatric patients from this little town in Wyoming do not have to travel to a different town for medical treatments. So the show Who Wants to Marry a Doctor is her way to contribute to this cause... she will willingly " date " 3 different bachelors and the audience will vote and contribute to the pediatric wing for their local hospital.
The fly in the ointment: Quinn Donnelly. He is a famous journalist, built like a god, and looking to have some down time to heal from recent wounds sustained while he was working in Afghanistan on assignment.
Romantic novels give us the outlet to dream. The allow us to mentally free fly while dreaming about situations where we can meet and seduce the perfect man for us. In the case of this novel, we get to dream and soar while the plot line remains realistic and so adding to the feeling that what is happening is entirely plausible. This is a well written novel full of characters that have unique traits and fabulous personalities. You can tell a good book when you catch yourself smiling while reading it!

This book is a followup to Who Wants to Marry a Cowboy. It follows that same format of dating competition a la reality tv though neither book's competition is sleazy like those tv shows *Shudder*
While I really enjoyed Cowboy, I have to say that I liked Doctor even more. The sleaziness of some contestants, while contrasted with a surprise announcement from another (which was probably meant to be a minor thing, but I just loved it - it made me happily cheer for the guy). It was quite obvious from the start which man Dr. Bankhead should end up with, but knowing where it was going didn't take away from the fun of the journey.
Definitely recommend this book to those who like romance novels!
note: I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an HONEST review. Which this is :-)

This is Abigail Sharpe's 2nd book in the "With This Ring" series and in sharing with readers. She still has a sweet "voice" as in Who wants to Marry a Cowboy?, but this outting has more twist and secrets from many Characters. You will love Bree and Quinn, Their journey is colored by their past which has trust issues. I was given my copy for a fair review. Give Abigail's Dr. Bree a read, you won't be disappointed.

I very much enjoyed Abigail Sharpe's "Who Wants to Marry a Doctor?", a funny, sweet, and surprisingly emotional story that featured endearing characters and a well-crafted romance. I really liked the female lead, Dr. Sabrina Bankhead, a compassionate and caring pediatrician with quite a lot on her plate as the single mother of a young son, Noah. Sabrina agreed to participate in a reality dating show in order to raise money for renovations to her pediatric hospital, but had no intention of actually following through with a relationship - at least, not until she met Quinn Donnelly, an investigative journalist home on leave to recover from injuries he sustained in Afghanistan who had agreed to serve as the show's host.
Like Sabrina, Quinn was very dedicated to his job, and he was determined to recover from his injuries as quickly as possible so that he could return to Afghanistan and complete his assignment. Neither of them was looking for a serious relationship and they knew that getting involved with each other was against the rules, but they couldn't help being drawn together from the moment they met. Unfortunately, they couldn't keep things between them a secret forever, and when their relationship was revealed to the public, most of the community turned against Sabrina while things between her and Quinn fell apart. After that, I found it very easy to root for them to get their relationship back on track and figure out a way to make it work long-term, despite all of the obstacles still standing in their way.
I enjoyed getting to know several of the book's secondary characters in addition to Quinn and Sabrina, especially Sabrina's sister Melora. She seemed to have quite an interesting background, and I hope that the author will consider telling her story (and maybe matching her up with husband #5) in a future book.
Overall, I highly recommend "Who Wants to Marry a Doctor?" for all fans of contemporary romance and look forward to checking out more of Abigail Sharpe's work in the future.

Book Two of the Love Match series! Though not a direct continuation of the previous book, Who Wants to Marry a Cowboy?, there is a connection between the two between character relations and premise.
To raise money for a children’s hospital, Dr. Sabrina Bankhead agrees to participate in a dating show where she is the prize. As if she wasn’t busy between this, work, and raising a child on her own, she falls for Quinn, the attractive, albeit, troubled reporter covering the story. He hadn’t planned on falling for Sabrina, either.
Quinn quickly became my favorite character. His backstory of fighting in Afghanistan and the mental and physical blows from his time in the service captivated me. His struggles were captured well and his overall personality melded nicely with Sabrina’s character.
As I said in my review of Who Wants to Marry a Cowboy? the dating show premise isn’t my thing, but I did like that it was more of a fundraiser-type thing. This along with the spicy content did hinder my enjoyment, but it’s not the book itself. I genuinely enjoy the author’s writing style and I loved getting to read Quinn’s story.

I loved this book! Sabrina and Quinn were great together! Sabrina's a small town pediatrician that goes on a reality show to raise money for kids to be treated in her town. Quinn is a journalist recovering from injuries he got in Afghanistan and is the host of the show. Quinn and Sabrina's attraction is instant and they have amazing chemistry! I enjoyed all the dates she went on. They were very entertaining!
This was a heartwarming story full of drama, emotions, love and laughter. I love the Love Match series! I hope Abigail has more books for us!

First book by this Author but definitely won't be the last. Who Wants to Marry a Doctor is heartwarming and heartbreaking all at the same time. Sabrina and Quinn are two complex, intelligent characters with real flaws and that makes them all the greater. She just wants to raise money for pediatrics to help her town have better access as needed, she never meant to be attracted to the host of the show.
I don't want to give too much away, but I enjoyed every single thing about this book! I laughed out loud at parts and wanted to cry at others. It has a little bit of everything.

I liked this book a lot. It was a bit cute, a bit steamy and it had heart and small town charm. I thought that the characters were very likable and the pull of attraction between them almost tangible. Their chemistry created tons of sparks and I enjoyed the tension and emotional turmoil they had to deal with over their unexpected feelings and situations. I am posting a independent, impartial review.

Loved it! Sabrina is a single mother, who has agreed to do a local reality showed called Who Wants to Marry A Doctor in order for the kids to be treated in town. Quinn is the TV shows host, a investigative journalist, and has agreed to do the show until he recovers from his injuries that he received in Afghanistan. Sabrina and Quinn have an instant attraction for each other and their chemistry is incredible. A really enjoyable read and one I highly recommend.

Being the daughter and sister of soldiers who served in Iraq, I really love how Abigail handled Quinn's recovery.

I love the fun, smart and strong women Abigail creates. There are no damsels in distress. This book was an easy read and the perfect way to take my mind off of the real world.

There's a lot I like about this one. Particularly that Quinn pays a lot of attention to Sabrina's needs and desires, and doesn't demand reciprocation.

I admit it, I read this book because of the title. It’s so silly and obvious, I wondered if there would be subversive depth going on underneath. And there kind of was, so, yay!
The first unexpected twist came when I realized that the heroine was the doctor. I know, how sexist of me to think that it would be a book about shallow women trying to marry a rich doctor. Sabrina was a pediatrician in a small Wyoming town, she had a son out of wedlock, and she lived with her parents. Her sister ran (or owned, I’m not sure) the local bar and dispensed advice while she pours drinks.
The next twist was the setup. I know we’re all jaded, used to these frivolous reality shows that cast unappealing yet sexy people. In this book, the reality show is strictly a local deal. The TV station set Sabrina up with four local men (a TV anchor, an insurance salesman, a plumber, and some other guy). The dates were filmed, and people voted by sending in money. The proceeds went towards funding a new pediatric wing of the local hospital, a cause near and dear to our doctor’s heart. Sabrina was the reluctant star of the show, having no interest in dating guys on TV but wanting to raise money for the kids.
The third twist was that the love interest was not one of the pre-selected guys. I know! For some reason, the host of the show was an experienced journalist, fresh from an embedded stint in Afghanistan where he was injured by a roadside bomb. Quinn’s sister was kind of a local, so somehow that connection brought him to small town Wyoming to host a show and recover from his injuries. For some other reason, Quinn was assigned to follow Sabrina around before the show began, so that he could get to know her. Which, in context, makes no sense because he just read what’s on the cue cards, his personal knowledge of Sabrina never made an appearance in the show.
Quinn and Sabrina had the hots for each other. I was annoyed by the insta-lust, honestly, because they thought of each other naked pretty much right after their introduction. But they kept the attraction to a simmer long enough to placate me, and then they had a secret affair.
Sabrina was almost too good to be true. She was dedicated to her son and her job, and she didn’t want to have a fling with Quinn in case it affected the show and ruined her pet cause. But she was likable anyway, especially when she tried to seduce Quinn and he wasn’t quite having it.
Quinn was almost too damaged and lone wolf-y. His MO was to move from job to job, chasing stories, never settling down. Plus, he wanted to get back to Afghanistan so that he could finish his story. He just wanted a fling with Sabrina, but darn it if she didn’t get under his skin!
Overall, this story was way better than I expected. The beginning was a little choppy for me, but then it began to flow. I enjoyed the comedic touches, along with the secret meetings, the sexual tension, and the small town drama. I think I actually cared about what happened to everyone!
Thankfully the “dates” from the show didn’t get too much page time, so it didn’t take too much focus away from the main characters. If you don’t like reality show novels, you might still enjoy this one because the plot isn’t immersed in the show. And if you do like those novels, then why not give this one a try?

Who Wants to Marry A Doctor is book two of the With This Ring collection. I call it a collection since it’s not so much a series. This book is a stand-alone. This was a very fun, story to read. A real page-turner from the beginning to the end.
Sabrina has reluctantly agreed to do a local reality showed called Who Wants to Marry A Doctor to raise money to build a new clinic so the children can be treated in town instead of sent to Jackson Hole. She is a single mother with a bit of a secret and a trust issue.
Quinn is a bachelor that has no desire to settle down. Though his life is lonely he loves his job as investigative reporter and all the travelling he has to do for his job, a lot of times dangerous. He has just survive an explosion in Afghanistan and after he heals he plans to go back and finish his story. He is doing this TV show for something to do while he heals.
I loved everything about this story form beginning to the end. I especially loved Sabrina’s sister Malora and the Dr. is in thing they do in the bar. (You have to read this!) I got excited every-time the bell rang! The dates were funny, the men she dated each were fun to watch play out!
There are lots of twists and turn, some suspense and some hot sex. This book is a romance lover’s dream though I will say, towards the end of the book I was ready to wrap Quinn and Sabrina in duct-tape and toss em in a closet till they talked!
I highly recommend this to all contemporary romance lovers out there! If you like a lot of drama, some hilarious comedy relief, cute kids, secrets, and hot sex this is for you!

First, the disclaimer: I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. I am not a professional reviewer. All opinions are my own.
I read Sharpe's first book, "Who Wants to Marry a Cowboy (a book I paid for, by the way), before reading this, her second book. While the books are part of a series, they can most definitely stand alone. I thought the first book was good; I think this one was better.
I should also mention that romance is not typically my first choice of genre, though I’m up for a good read of any type. The book has an interesting plot, which kept me engaged, as well as steamy love scenes. I should enter a caveat that some scenes are quite graphic, which might offend some readers and excite others. Enter at your own risk. (And as far as steamy scenes go, I'll mention that the car scene was hot, hot, hot, in my opinion. No spoilers - just a mention here as bit of a teaser.)
The basic premise of the book is a TV show to "marry off" a female doctor in an auction-like contest to raise funds to build a children's hospital in town. What could go wrong with that? Plenty, if every character has his or her own agenda. The book had some good twists. Who DOES Sabrina, the good doctor, end up with?
If you are looking for a good, summer read, look no further.

Who Wants to Marry a Doctor? Is about the very smart and sexy doctor Sabrina Bankhead. She is a single mother and also a pediatrician that agrees to do a TV show to help raise money for a local Children’s Hospital. Quinn Donnelly is the TV show host. He is also a world famous journalist who was recently injured in Afghanistan. The attraction between the two is instant and soon the sparks are flying. Can the good doctor finish the show or will the handsome host steal her heart?
I LOVED THIS BOOK!! I cannot say that enough. This was an amazing read. I had never heard of this author but I am very glad that I gave this book a shot. The story line was perfect. Just a doctor/mother trying to do the right thing to help her community and here comes Mr. Hottie that turns her world upside down. The book was very comical but did have it serious moments which I loved. The side charters were a hoot. I loved Sabrina’s sister. She had me cracking up. Abigail Sharpe is definitely an author to keep an eye out for.

Full disclosure - I'm an RWA chapter-mate of this author. That however does not affect my judgment about the book. COwboy (first book in the series) was okay, but the author really hit her stride with this book. I loved the bar with its bartender/psychologist (who really 'is' a psychologist, even if she doesn't practice). The pediatrician, Sabrina, was great both as a mother and a dedicated doctor. She agreed to do an entire show just to help raise money and is understandably devastated when things go awry, thanks to her attraction to the show's MC, Quinn (a journalist recovering from a wound abroad).
Quinn ... ahh, I loved Quinn. Once he realized he screwed up on something, he was willing to go to any lengths to fix it. It's hard NOT to love a man like that.
Overall, a fantastic book and I'm so glad I went for a second dose of Abigail Sharpe.

This book is a great, quick, refreshing four-hour read...I just accidentally started it at 11pm. The characters are lovable and realistic with flaws, scars, warts n' all. Quinn = sexy times, and Sabrina is cute, funny, smart, and a person that I wish I knew in real life (though I would probably hate her because I would love her so much). Lots of ups and downs relationship-wise, with the good lesson of "just frickin' talk to and trust each other" as the moral of the story. Also lots of VERY steamy moments, and really sweet fluffy moments too, that make you go "aww, I want that"! (I want the steamy sexy times, too, but y'know what I mean.) My favorite character is a tie between Franklin the Harbin newspaper editor and Marlene the baglady, and maybe Melora the psychiatrist/bartender. Shy Ann's is still the best name for a bar in Wyoming ever.

I have to admit that I had trouble with this book at the very beginning. I found that it dragged a little bit in the beginning and I was a very confused in regards to which characters were which. The farther I got along in the book so the more I enjoy the book and the characters that were developed. For love story was sweet but fairly predictable. But this special extenuating circumstances of the two main characters made it enjoyable. If you can get past the beginning part and get past the confusion characters, you will find yourself with a story that is enjoyable and happy and full of romance.

Who Wants to Marry a Doctor? (With This Ring) by Abigail Sharpe: Can you date four men, trying to find your mister right and raise money for sick children when your heart is unexpectedly captured by another. That is the question that single mom and pediatrician, WWTMADSabrina Bankhead has to ask herself in the wonderfully funny and extremely sexy Who Wants to Marry a Doctor by Abigail Sharp.

I still hate reading romances, but a friend wrote this book. Those darn social obligations...
I liked this book more than the first book in the series. It took me a little while to get into it. I read at bed time and so I was reading it 5-10 pages at a time and tired. I did have a 198 page binge toward the end. I liked the suspense better this time. The two lovers got my motor running better than the first book.
I can't say how this book compares to other romances. I thought it entertaining and a fun read.
