I am Alice #2

I Am Alice: Body Swap in Wonderland Vol. 2

"I JUST WANT YOU TO TREAT ME LIKE A NORMAL GUY!"

Poor Makoto―sucked into Wonderland through a mysterious book, then body-swapped with an adorable Alice, who happens to be a super-athletic gun nut. The White Rabbit freaks out every time he remembers that Makoto is really a boy in a girl's body, while the rest of Makoto's (male) companions keep hitting on him. As secrets are shared and tangled stories become unraveled, the group draws closer to the palace of the King of Hearts, where a magical gate awaits that will get Makoto back into his own world―and his own body. But is that what Makoto truly wants?

I am really enjoying this manga I am liking learning more about each character and what makes them who they are. I still really love the characters especially Makoto and Hatter I love the relationship between them it is growing slowly and surely making Makoto conflicted about why he feels how he does. I really liked learning more about each character and learning their motivations and why they are the way they are now. I loved the plot it slowly told things about each character before finally confronting the King of Hearts. So overall I loved this volume of this manga will read more soon.

I AM ALICE: BODY SWAP IN WONDERLAND VOL.2

¡Hola hola, readers!.

He podido informarme y solo he encontrado esta historia en inglés. Peeero, no os preocupéis. Es un inglés muy sencillo y tanto si sabéis un poco de inglés como si estáis aprendiendo, me parece un libro muy cómodo para ello.

My opinion on the second volume is pretty much the same as the first. The story is entertaining, but not amazing. It is just OK to me. Nothing to special, but interesting enough to make me want to continue reading this series. Also I have one more volume to go so..

I do really like the world created in this series, I think it has a lot of potential to it, but it isn't fully used. Which is such a shame as I hate waisted potential. I guess a part of me wants to continue in the hope that the last volume lives up to it's potential.. here is to hoping! (I guess..)

Another wonderful volume! I'm excited that I have all three volumes of this manga trilogy.

The story is simple, but I really love the earnest nature of our hero Makoto and I continue to adore the cast. And true to form to any harem series, you can see Makoto connect to each and every one of our wonderful cast members. (Especially the Hatter - which should come as no surprise, as Alice x Hatter is typically a favorite in these sorts of adaptions.)

Beautiful artwork, wonderful story, & I look forward to the conclusion in Volume 3!

I think I enjoyed this more than the first one. I do still feel like the body swap aspect isn't touched on enough. I've also noticed how underused alice especially when I thought she was bring set up as the 2nd protagonist.

A decent second installment. I can't say I remember anything super riveting that happened but it was a solid intermediary book.

I'm really liking how the story of I Am Alice is progressing. I'm also really glad that it is three volumes instead of two. On to volume 3!

Pretty much what it says on the tin: a funny and cute Alice in Wonderland manga, but what makes it special is its incredibly queer over and undertones. Loved the many pansexual characters!

Another monster is killed. The Dormouse tells about someone he liked who was killed by order of the king. It ends up that a whole group goes against the king, fighting monsters as they move to his castle. Someone who was thought dead isn't. The March Hare has a beautiful garden.

There is really bad blood between the King and the Hatter who once were friends. Hatter becomes close to Alice/Makoto. Alice's sister is missing. We find out that not everyone likes Alice and the King has something in store for her. A good second volume.

This series is definitely getting interesting. A little confusing though, stopping in the middle of a quest to fix gardens and have picnics, but the story is still interesting.

The artwork is still beautifully amazing and the guys are still hunky. Im curious to see what happened to Alice's sister and super P.O.ed that it ended on a cliffhanger. I'll need to get the sequel ASAP

As with the first volume, I picked this up on a whim. I don’t think I’ll grab the last volume. The best I can say about I Am Alice is that it’s fine; there’s nothing particularly inventive or new about the story, and the gender essentialist stuff is really getting me down.
