Recommends it for: no one
Habits dictate your overall success and achievements. Therefore you need to develop good habits. To do so, it’s being said, you need to do something for at least 23 days. By doing something for 30 days you make sure new habits are embedded in your life. What habits you need?

1. Only 3 meals a day, no snacking
2. Waking up at 5 am
3. Cold shower
4. No masturbation or porn
5. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 body squats
6. Dress your best
7. Having a to-do list and do it
8. Correct posture

Should be titled Success Manual for Young Men

This is a great book and the challenges are really just the minimum ante for any young man who wants to be successful. Many of the habits Victor suggests are habits I've adopted out of necessity and a need for greater efficacy over twenty-plus years of being self-made and self-employed. However, I've become lazy in some of these areas (success can lead to going soft if you're not careful) so I found this short book to be a great reminder about maintai

An excellent sort book that I have not only read it implemented from yesterday.

Today I did another 100 press-ups, sit ups and squats, I already had cold showers and stuck to 3 meals with no snacks but I'm implementing all of the other steps daily rather than intermittently.

It's a great short no BS book useful whether you are starting our or already pretty successful.

Decent little motivational book about inner and physical strength. The main premise is that discipline is the key. There is a lot of wasted time and talent but never wasted discipline. It's the great equalizer: if you have it you will be successful. ...more

Fun simple challenge. I think Victor Pride is ahead of his time. Most of the habits are great. Some I thought were so-so.

Great boot camp program. If you want to challenge yourself I highly recommend living the book(not just reading but living).

Almost everything you need to get on the discipline bus is here. Could be deeper and some parts may be misunderstood. I recommend it as a only-one-read essential.

This was a simple program aimed at the daily completion of 12 habits. Some are easier to complete than others, but doing the 12 habits everyday is the foundation of strengthening one’s willpower. I highly recommend this program for building discipline and forging a sense of control over oneself.

The overall idea of the book is good. It focuses on a blueprint of habits on how one should aim to be a better man and live up to a higher potential. I was expecting the content to be longer and to include more challenges. In essence the message is good, however I was simply expecting more from the text. The benefit of the short text is the minimization of unnecessary jargon and clutter. This book gets straight to the point.

Great tips, if you follow through you will get what he promises.
The book is just too short, could have expanded a little more on each chapter. But overall, the idea is to tell you how to develop discipline in 30 days and that is what it does in a concise way.
