When Noah meets Jacob, the heat isn't limited to the kitchen.
When Noah contacts 'As You Like It' to cook a meal and help decorate his home for his visiting family, he doesn't expect Jacob, a chef as tasty as he is talented, to turn up at his door. The attraction between them simmers slowly, and finally boils over. However, a misunderstanding threatens to sour their burgeoning relationship.
Living in New Zealand I'm a multi-published author of m/m romance and erotica. My preferred genres are paranormal, sci-fi, fantasy and steampunk. When not writing I can be found indulging in my other passions of cookery and wine appreciation.
Thanksgiving is looming, Noah has been tricked by his spiteful sister to host the family at his home for a special dinner, trouble is he's not a great cook. When he hires a catering company sweet, handsome Jacob is standing on his doorstep. A tender novella, it's a nice read as they work together to plan the three days the family will be there, it's sweet how the sparks fly between them, until it all goes wrong.
This is the very light, angst free story of Noah and Jacob. Noah has moved away from his hometown and has a successful job. He needs to supply Thanksgiving dinner to his family to show that he’s doing well. Problem is, he has no time to do so. He contacts As You Like It, a company specializing in catering and planning, to provide this. The chef who arrives is the beautiful Jacob.
There are immediate sparks between the two and really, immediate sex. They go from discussing the soup being served in glassware (admittedly, I thought this was an excellent idea!) to sex in the same meeting. It’s insta-love for sure. The two share a little of their history together and prepare for Thanksgiving. The misunderstanding is one that should have been solved with a simple question, so that was a big annoying.
