There is enough in nearly every sentence of this book to chew on for days. The wisdom in it is priceless. The only reason I hesitated to give the book 5 stars is that it is a stream of consciousness in most places and the structure is not nearly as elegant as the vibration of the universe it offers ways to synchronize with.

Super informative read that I highly recommend! Interesting take on how we are the original cosmic plan that eventually took on human form.

I found the narrative convoluted; very complicated and involved with many details and a vocabulary that Rael creates and then defines with his own terms.
There was one incident where he is explaining sudden enlightenment as being like the instance when they pump oxygen into the cabin just before landing.
Well they would never pump oxygen because it is a fire hazardous instead they use nitrogen.
It was like reading a stream of consciousness that had no real direction. The only part that I enjoyed was the explanation on sweat lodges.
